What can we offer you?
We will manage our guests from booking through to check out, you do not have to worry about any aspect. We have a reputation for looking after our customers, many of whom have traveled with us time and again over the years, so we recognise the importance of establishing and maintaining a close relationship with our villa owners. Many of our Mallorca villas are exclusive to Vida Villas and unavailable through any other source, we build the owners trust us. They know that we are stringent about standards and service. We visit all properties we represent, we have a good knowledge of each one.
As a guide the standards and facilities that we are looking for in new properties are as follows: Minimum good standard of comfort with modern décor, comfortable beds and seating areas, Wi-Fi, satellite TV with some English channels, air conditioning (minimum bedrooms), private swimming pool unless front-line apartment, good location with easy access to facilities within 5 or 10 minutes drive.
