The finca is a modern holiday house for 12 people, recently reformed with all kind of luxury and commodities. It is located 15 minutes from the beach Colonia San Jordi & Es Trenc, considered as one of the most beautiful beaches of Mallorca.  The house has 6 ample bedrooms, all equipped with satellite TV and air condition. Five of the bedrooms have king size beds and all of them a private bathroom. The other bedroom has twin beds that can be converted into a big double bed. The furniture as well as the bed linen and towels are of best quality.

From the main entrance you access an ample living room with the most finest and modern furniture, big sofas and TV,  a kitchen, fully equipped and with a big window front giving access to the pool area equipped with two tables for dining and sunbeds with country view.  The house is fully fenced to grant intimacy and there is also an alarm system, day and night. There is a big garden, lawn and even an ecological garden where the guests can serve themselves. The covered parking place is big enough for 2 cars and there is space for other cars on the same plot.

Besides, there are many restaurants and shops close, the village of Campos is about 5 km away
