Description

This is a comfortable house in the centre of Mallorca, in the village of Lloseta, only 500 metres from the train and bus stations which commute into the capital, Palma.

This two storey house which sleeps 6, ideal for families, is decorated in the traditional Mallorcan style with modern touches and high quality furniture. On the ground floor you will find the living/dining room with comfortable leather sofas and a dining area for 6 people. From here you can continue through into the kitchen which is of modern design and is fully equipped. Wood burning stove, large flat screen TV with satellite, fridge freezer and fantastic views out over the pool area. This area is air conditioned.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. One double bedroom has hot/cold air conditioning with excellent views to the pool area and to the side is a bright, good sized bathroom complete with bath. On the other side of the passage is another double bedroom and a twin bedroom which share a full bathroom. There is air conditioning in the hallway between the two bedrooms.

Outside is a swimming pool which features Roman steps offering easier access into the water. The pool is surrounded by well maintained gardens with an abundance of trees and plants. There are six sunbeds around the pool on which to relax and soak up the sun. Also, leading out from the living/dining room and kitchen there is a covered terrace with dining table, chairs and a modern gas barbecue.

The villa is ideal for families with children ,for friends who wish to enjoy a relaxing holiday in privacy close to the centre of Mallorca. The town of Inca is 30km away and the beaches of Alcudia and Puerto Pollensa only a little further.
