Newly built in 2013, the property stands in beautiful gardens with lawn around the fantastic pool and with borders overflowing with shrubs and flowers as well as plenty of shady trees! Protected by electric gates the thoughtful owner has done their utmost to provide really top quality accommodation in private surroundings.
At the bottom on the garden a gate leads out onto the small beach right at the southern tip of Dassia Bay – there is also a suitable boat mooring available should you wish to hire a boat.
An ideal villa for a wonderful relaxing holiday in Corfu, Dassia offers a good choice of restaurants and bars as well as shops and a few clubs so nightlife is on hand. In addition an excellent bus service runs from here every 20 minutes into Corfu Town and Dassia is a perfect base for exploring the North East Coast of Corfu by car or boat.
Villa Kyma (accommodates 6) can be rented outside of the Peak summer July and August weeks with the secure knowledge that the seperate apartment (Kohyli) will be closed up during this period and that you are free to enjoy the gardens and pool in complete privacy. Of course both apartments can be rented together at any time for larger parties (There will be an extra charge applied for the rental of apartment Kohyli).
Please note that during peak season (July and August) both apartments are included in the rental price.
This property is new on the market and we are sure that will be in great demand because of the fantastic combination of beach front and pool. A car is useful but not essential by any means.

Kyma (sleeps 6)
Raised ground floor entrance leads to stunning living room with large picture windows looking over the sea. Covered terrace with side screens to protect against wind and increase privacy. Steps down to pool level…large open plan fully fitted kitchen, dining area and second sitting area leading out to outside dining, garden and pool. Utility room. Small office/play room area with sofa bed if needed. The three bedrooms with one double and two twins ( all twin bedrooms can be made up as doubles if required) each have en suite bathrooms, either with bathtub or Jacuzzi massage shower – the garden floor suite has access for a wheelchair and a roll in wet room showe with Jacuzzi. The bedroom leads out to a small courtyard terrace and there is then wheelchair access to the garden and pool area – so is ideal for clients with limited mobility. The other two bedrooms just up a few steps from the living area have en suite bathroom with bathtub. Both are spacious and have access to private balconies.
Kohyli (sleeps 4) – (available at an extra charge – please call our sales specialist for more information)
First floor entrance reached via a series of steps leads into large open plan living room with dining area and around to fully fitted kitchen. This room leads out to an extensive covered and screened terrace area with further sitting area and outside dining. Two bedrooms ( one double and one twin) one with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and a dressing area and the other with adjacent Jacuzzi massage shower room. Both bedrooms lead onto an extensive shared balcony with panoramic views over the coastline.
Please note that during peak season (July and August) both apartments are included in the rental price. During this period a security deposit of £850 will be required.
