The Beach House is a detached house is in it’s own private gardens with private pool is situated in the small resort of Illetas with the luxury of direct access to a private sandy beach. It is walking distance to restaurants and shops and on a bus route to neighbouring resorts and the city of Palma.

This house is brilliant! It’s absolutely huge, spacious rooms, all very comfy with high quality linens, towels etc. Spotlessly clean. Awesome pool and outside area! The host is fantastic! Went above and beyond to help us and ensure we were happy. Very impressed! Would definitely return!

We were a group of 9 and we found the villa very spacious and relaxing. The pool was great although a couple of outside furniture items need updating. Colin was very helpful and the communication was great. I think this villa is in a great location for visiting Palma and local beaches in Illetes. I would highly recommend it.

We were a group of 9, 7 adults, 2 children and we found the villa very comfortable and relaxing.
The house is huge! More than enough space for everyone and never felt like you were on top of each other. The pool was great although a little cold for the time of year (early April) but we persevered!
Colin and Francoise were very helpful and the communication was great.
I think this villa is in a great location for visiting Palma and Palmanova. Palma is a beautiful city, great restaurants and a wonderful Old Town to explore. Palmanova has a great beach and some good restaurants.
There are a few restaurants in close proximity to the villa and also a well stocked Spar supermarket a minutes walk away for daily essentials like bread and milk.
Large supermarkets such as Carrefour or Aldi were a 10 minute car / taxi ride away.
I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again, as well as use Vida Villas for other properties on the island.

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.

The villa is beautiful in a stunning location with easy access to both Palma and other areas of Majorca. The bus stop is only 2 mins walk away and there is a lot of local shops near by with lovely restaurants just to the right of the property along the street. The house was perfect for our group of friends and communication with Colin and Francoise was second to none. They were lovely and very friendly! The pool and private beach area was fantastic and a great place to relax. We definitely would consider a stay here again!

I stayed at Colin’s lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge – we kept finding rooms! – and the bedrooms are so spacious. It’s such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped – there’s not a kitchen gadget that it doesn’t have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views – we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it’s so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It is exactly as described if not better. They have everything you could possibly need and it comfortably fits 10 people. It is in a great location. The house was also spotless when we arrived and communication with the host and property manager was seamless. If you’re coming to mallorca and have a large group, I would highly recommend this house.
