Description

Large family 6 bedroom character townhouse with private swimming pool on large roof terrace. Six bedrooms including five good size double bedrooms, 4 with king sized beds, 1 with a queen sized bed and one single bedroom, 4 bathrooms (3 of which are en-suite) and a guest wc. From the entrance door there is comfortable open plan living room , dining area, leading onto a downstairs kitchen and small private garage (room for bikes only). On the ground floor level is one double bedroom with en-suite and guest wc. On the first floor you will find five bedrooms and three bathrooms (2 ensuite). The 2nd floor has a sun room with sliding “glass wall” that can be opened so that the balcony is fully open to the inside sitting area , here you also have access to the fabulous refurbished roof terrace with swimming pool (18″ x 11″), outside kitchen area with fridge, hot plates, washing up area and dishwasher,  dining table with seating for up to 11 people,  comfortable outside sofa area. Plenty of shade is available with the dining area being covered and the sofa area protected with a sun sail. The house has heating provided by radiators in most rooms, air conditioning in 4 of the bedrooms, large wood burning fireplace, lovely internal patio in the ground floor with fountain and bouganvillea. The roof terrace boasts some of the most stunning views over the village of Pollenca, the puig de Maria and out towards the the bays of Pollensa, Alcudia and across to Cala Sant Vincente.  All of the facilities of Pollensa are on your doorstep and the fantastic beaches are just a few minutes drive away. A car is not essential here, there is a regular bus service to Puerto Pollensa and you can easily access other parts of the island using the public transport system.

    Gorgeous and spacious and that roof terrace is ace.
    Beautiful, my second stay and I hope to come back again soon. The changes to the roof terrace are wonderful – more space and seating and the outdoor kitchen up there is brilliant. Would like the bathrooms to be modernized but that’s the only thing that I would want to change. Perfect place for a group and a celebration. Love it.

    Wow! A fabulous house in a fantastic location, just minutes walk from the main square with restaurants etc. Roof top so lovely that we didn’t use the downstairs kitchen at all, just lived outside the whole time. Bedrooms and bathrooms also good. Parking and driving in narrow streets a bit tricky but car park in town not too far. Would definitely return to Calle Bou!!

    Great location just 2 minutes walk to the main square. The roof top space was superb and the outside kitchen meant that we never used the downstairs one. The three king size bedrooms on the first floor were good and the only ones we used as were were a family of 4. If your filled the house to maximum capacity you might be disappointed with the downstairs double bedroom as it is down a dark corridor and not air conditioned and the bed is much smaller than the three other double bedrooms. Showers were fantastic and the house was very clean. Parking is difficult near the house and the street is very narrow and steep to drive up unless you have a small car. We parked in the main car park on the flat side of the town and just walked up from there. It only takes 5 minutes. Lots of great restaurants within easy walking distance. Especially Onze11 right by the church in the square.
