This lovely house enjoys an excellent location on the side of the Puig de Maria just a short stroll to the historic old town of Pollensa with the dramatic backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains, 5km inland from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa.

Description
This lovely house enjoys an excellent location on the side of the Puig de Maria just a short stroll to the historic old town of Pollensa with the dramatic backdrop of the Tramuntana Mountains, 5km inland from the coastal resort of Puerto Pollensa.
The property is approached from the road that takes you to the summit of the puig, after approximately 150m you arrive at this delightful property. Inside there are 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms (1 en-suite) , lounge with satellite TV decoder, dining area/ hallway and kitchen with dining area. Outside there is a super private pool which is approximately 9m x 4m, plenty of sun loungers and separate seating areas. There is a separate fantastic covered external kitchen with buit BBQ, mallorquin wood oven and dining area.Separate shady sitting areas can be found around the garden and terraces for quiet reading spots or pre dinner aperitifs. There are stunning views across Pollensa town and into the Vall de Colonya. An excellent spot for if you want the space and tranquility of a villa yet be able to walk into town for dinner or to do some shopping without the worry of parking the car.
There is a driveway at the property which can easily take 2 to 3 cars comfortably.

*Change over day is Saturday for July and August rest of the season is flexible.

- A booking fee of £75 will be charged on every booking
- A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking
- All bookings will be subject to pay the Balearics ecotax of €2.20 per adult per night
- Refundable security deposit of £500 is payable for this property

A really great house with fantastic views over Pollensa town. Good facilities and lots of outside seating. Not ideal for those with mobility problems.

Wonderful property, perfect location
As soon as we entered this beautiful villa we knew we were gonna have a great time. We felt instantly at home, and loved exploring all the different quirky areas. Six of us stayed there….me and my husband, our three children (18, 16 and 12) and my son’s girlfriend. We have stayed in villas in and around Pollenca a few times before so we knew we loved the area. This villa is by far the best one we have stayed in. There were a number of different outside areas giving us plenty of space to either spread out or socialise. The pool was perfect – just the right size and we particularly liked the lighting inside the pool…making night time swimming lots of fun! The garden was an added bonus…tomatoes, peppers and chillies freshly picked were delicious! The location is perfect….stunning views of the town and surrounding hills and mountains. We were lucky enough to be there during the festival and had a spectacular view of the lights and fireworks…. The town is an easy 5 – 10 minute stroll down the hill, making it perfect for exploring the lovely streets of Pollenca with its wonderful restaurants, art galleries, shops and cafes. All in all a wonderful holiday in this beautiful villa…definitely want to go back…..

Villa with lovely views but still very close to Pollenca
Villa greatly exceeded expectations and pictures which, although attractive, didn’t really do it justice! Very well equipped (once you found hidden kettles, toasters etc. !). Pool great and very clean. Frequency of linen changes and light cleaning 3 times a week by very friendly staff was most unexpected but very welcome. Table tennis (in the shade) provided fun for both younger and more elderly guests was again a surprise as it wasn’t highlighted in details. Not inexpensive but nevertheless very good value for money. Proximity to Pollenca a real bonus but rather quiet for 20 something “partypeople” (although Puerta de Pollenca – a short taxi trip away – offers some options). Lots of beach options, from budget Puerta de Pollenca to rather more select Cap Formentor (go early to avoid the traffic and crowds in peak times). Would strongly recommend both villa and location.

Fantastic view!
Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this quirky and well positioned house. Loved the tomatoes straight from the garden – thank you Joana’s father. Walking into Pollenca was easy and v inviting. Great restaurants and lovely atmosphere.
