This old Mallorcan rustic house that can sleep up to 14 guests. The property is renovated with pool and jacuzzi. This lovely country house is 400 m2 and is more than 500 years old, completely restored with air conditioning, swimming pool, barbecue, modern appliances. Set in a field of 75.000 m which gives complete privacy and space to guests enjoying their stay at the property. The villa is distributed over 2 floors ; On the 1st floor it has 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed and en suite bathroom leading to a terrace. Then 3 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom and one bedroom with 4 beds and bathroom. Downstairs there is one bedroom with two beds, bathroom and access to the garden. The living room has a wood burner and satellite TV. The property has a secret passage to a dining room with ancient “Tafona’ (old oil mill with the original stone) and a large wooden table that can accommodate for up to 20 people. There is a separate games room with a game table and a wooden table football ( foosball ). The kitchen has a large oven of 90cm, perfect for feeding a large family. Leading off from the kitchen is the direct access to the outdoor dining terraced area and the BBQ, lawn and private pool with unobstructed views and the spa. All in all a great villa for a large family or group of people wanting a relaxing, private stay whilst enjoying the summer heat and long warm nights.
