Idyllic holiday villa situated in a quiet and private countryside setting, off the road that connects Pollenca to Alcudia. This secluded country villa makes an ideal holiday location for couples or a small family.
The garden is filled with mature olive and citrus trees and a variety of plants and flowers and mountain views to make it your own personal place of paradise. It has it’s own private pool 7m x 4m and separate jacuzzi. There is a shaded covered terrace and a sun terrace. This cosy villa offers a cool and simply designed double bedroom with space for a cot and wooden stairs leading to a mezzanine gallery where 2 more guests can sleep in twin beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one situated inside is a full bathroom with bath and shower and one outside with a shower.
The farmhouse kitchen has a breakfast table microwave dishwasher, there is a separate utility room with washing machine.
The living room has a wood burning stove for the cooler evenings, satellite tv with DVD player.
Pool can be heated on request (extra charge)
There is also table tennis for family fun, holidays at Can Roig mean living in nature yet having beaches and shops within convenient reach.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia can easily reached by car in about 10 minutes and Pollensa Town is approx. 5 km away.
