The house has two floors, the upper level being at street level with the main entrance at the back of the house, due to the unevenness of the land. On this floor we find a large living room with stunning views to the outside and the sea as well as access to the large front porch. On this same floor is the large kitchen with an island from which we can access a small terrace on the side with bbq. We also find a spacious bedroom with bathroom en suite.

From the terrace of this floor we access to the roof terrace from which we can enjoy stunning views of both the sea at the Bay of Pollensa and the mountains.

On the lower floor there are 3 other bedrooms, all with en suite bathroom and the master bedroom has a large dressing area and seating area.
