Rustic villa, renovated and decorated with great taste and retaining typical Mallorcan decoration. The villa is located opposite the road that goes from Puerto Pollensa to Alcudia, a few meters from the sea. The villa is also just 200 meters from a renowned Mallorcan typical restaurant as well as one kilometer from Puerto Pollensa, its shops, restaurants and services.
The villa has a beautiful and spacious patio where we find several environments, a large covered barbecue and a large changing room with showers, perfect to clear and change when returning from the sea that is just in front.
At the entrance we find a large distributor at the back of which we find the beautiful and bright patio.
On the ground floor, we find a large kitchen with adjoining dining room, as well as a large separate dining room with fireplace. On this same floor we find a double bedroom with bathroom en suite.
