Villa Julia is located in a pleasant, tranquil rural area between the Bay of Pollensa, with its long sandy beaches, and the pretty town of Pollensa (each about 4.5 Km. away). The old town of Alcudia is also about 4.5 Km. away.
This one storey house is set in a lovely mature garden and surrounded by hedges which offer privacy for sunbathing. The garden is well maintained and has different types of plants.
There is a well-kept lawn area around a kidney-shaped pool, measuring 9 x 4 metres, and also a built-in brick barbecue.
At the front of the villa, facing the pool, there is a furnished shady terrace perfect for al fresco meals.
Inside the house there is a small dining / living room with Satellite TV and DVD, and a separate kitchen fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
