With spectacular views over one of Mallorca’s finest resorts, Finca Can Morell is perfectly located for those seeking peace and tranquility in a private setting but with fantastic facilities close by. The spacious living areas of the 6-bedroom property have been designed in a rustic charming chic style with modern facilities.It´s exterior areas are delightful with a large heated pool, shady terraces and breathtaking sea views that makes Finca Can Morell a truly unique experience.

Located on the North Eastern tip of Mallorca, the charming fishing village of Port de Pollença has one of the prettiest bays on the island which attracts  from near and far. A table at one of the many excellent waterside bars and restaurants is really the perfect place to watch the sun go down and to enjoy the fresh catch of the day, for example in one of the island’s best fish and seafood restaurants, Stay. Finca Can Morell is set in a very private location on a hillside overlooking the bay of Pollensa and the back drop of the Tramuntana mountain range behind. Due to the terraced nature of the villa’s grounds, every terrace and every room offer great views. Complete with a heated  swimming pool it couldn’t be more perfect for a superb family villa holiday.

VILLA ACCOMMODATION

There are 6 bedrooms with 5 bathrooms. 4 are en-suite. There are 4 twin rooms and 2 double bedrooms, the master bedroom suite has it’s own plasma TV. The downstairs consists of open plan lounge and dining area, there is a large LCD in the sitting area with a feature fireplace. Fully fitted country kitchen.

Outside there are spacious terraces that feature a pool table and table tennis, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout. There is an outdoor kitchen and BBQ area and convenient large fridge freezer. On one side of the terrace is a pool table, table tennis and chill out area.

The heated pool is located is located alongside the main house, which has to sun from early morning until sunset, there are plenty of sun loungers and seating areas.

There are further sitting and dining areas extended around the villa to which invite guests to enjoy a home cooked meal while watching the sun go down and the village lights glistening in the dark.
