Description
La Casa de Marina Playa is ideally situated on the beach in Alcudia. With very shallow waters until about 200 meters out, making for delightfully warmer water by the shore, perfect for children or for walks by the sea or sports on the shore.
The house has a lovely terrace on the beach with an outside dining table. Once inside the house, we find a tranquil, light and modern interior, with on the ground floor the living room with television and the dining room and kitchen that overlooks the backyard.
On the first floor the main bedroom has glorious sea views and a double bed. The second room is interior and has two single beds and the third room has a double bed. There is a shared bathroom for all three bedrooms.
The house is in a perfect location, about 5 minutes from Alcudia and 10 minutes from Puerto Pollensa by car. You can even walk to the beautiful medieval walled town of Alcudia about 20 minutes walk.
There is a paddle surfing, kite surfing and windsurfing school a few meters away, very convenient for some activities on the water.
