Situated close to the tranquil village of Portol, within walking distance to some bars, restaurants and shops in the village centre. A few minutes drive will take you to the market town of Santa Maria del Cami with it´s cafe bars, shops & restaurants, vineyard at the start of the wine route tours and the main plaza which hosts the Sunday market.
The property consists of three separate individual accommodations each offering an element of privacy for larger groups of friends and family that want to holiday together and still have the luxury of a little bit of intimacy when required.
The main house on the upper level has 3 bedrooms and can sleep up to 6 people with 2 bathrooms, beautiful lounge and breakfast kitchen with large outside terrace and fantastic comfortable outside sofas with views across the valley towards the village houses. The master bedroom has an Emperor sized bed 215cm x 200cm, the 2nd bedroom has a king sized bed and the 3rd bedroom, accessed via a different staircase, has twin beds.
The centrally located main swimming pool is situated on the next level down and has a superb sun bathing terrace with sun loungers and large parasols provided alongside the the 10m x 5m heated pool and an area to the side with comfortable sofa and chairs. Adjoining the pool on this level you will find a fantastic fully equipped outside kitchen and grill / barbecue area with dining table and seating for up to 8 people. This area acts as the central focal point for the three accommodations.
Another set of steps leads you to the lower level of the grounds and to the separate guest cottage which contains two bedrooms and can sleep up to 4 people. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the 2nd bedroom with bunk beds can only be accessed through the master bedroom so is ideally suited to a couple with children. There is a lovely open plan lounge with sofas and dining area and a bathroom (with walk in shower, no bath) leading off the lounge area. The cottage has it´s own fully equipped fitted kitchen. Outside there is a 12m long swimming pool which is ideal for exercising or leisure swimming, there is a feature shower under a wooden pergola at one end of the pool with a dining table with chairs for 6 people under a similar covered pergola at the other. Here you will also find an outdoor grill / barbecue with sink and working surfaces.
The Spa house has two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a super king bed and the 2nd bedroom is a twin. They share a bathroom.
WIFI Internet is available throughout the property and grounds.
The gardens of the property will be a major draw for clients who would like to spend some time in an oasis of flowers, shrubs and trees. The property has the name of Las Palmeras due to the 40 plus Palm trees that are maintained in the 5000 m2 of lovingly cared for grounds.
