We are pleased to offer you Villa Marina, a cozy modern-style house located close to the Pollensa golf course, and enjoying splendid views of the mountains, thanks in part to its elevated layout.
The interior of the house is open-plan and modern in style. The kitchen is really magnificent, and it communicates directly with the dining room. It has a large window that overlooks the pool and the garden, as well as a side door that gives access to this area.
The rest area consists of 3 bedrooms. To be exact, there is 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, all of them equipped with air conditioning/heating units. The living-dining room has another hot/cold air conditioning unit. Two elegant bathrooms complete the interior of the house (one with a shower and the other one with a bathtub and shower).
