Villa Mercedes is an impressive villa set on the outskirts of Tias, Lanzarote and located within 7 minutes (5kms) from Arrecife airport. It’s an excellent choice for larger families with small children due to the minimal transfer time.
Approaching the villa on the road of Camino de las Montañetas the white stone fencing is already visible from the distance. Yes, this is Villa Mercedes.. like a huge green oasis at the middle of the desert with all those excellent facilities. This well appointed, private property with its own tennis court is still within 11 minute (4.0km) drive from the nearest beach of Los Pocillos and 16 minute drive (7.0km) from the beach of Puerto del Carmen.
Entering the grounds through a private gate you will find the private tennis court on your left, once you entered the villa you will see it has been built in traditional style. The comfortable furnishing and plenty of lanzarotian character harmonizes perfectly.
It has 6 spacious bedrooms and all the bedrooms has its own carefully selected character. From really traditional to the slightly modern. 3 bedrooms are twin and the other 3 is king size bedroom. One king size bedroom has its own en-suite shower room.
The villa has a large 14m private swimming pool and built in barbecue area, where you can enjoy Al Fresco dining. There are showers and toilets near to the swimming pool.
It also has a boule pitch, hot tub,a separate annex with full kitchen, dining facilities and a well equipped games room for the younger generation.
