Five-bedroom Villa Pedeset 2 with it’s spectacular view of the green peninsula of Porto Longo – Duga Luka is one of the most beautiful and most luxurious properties to holiday on the eastern coast of Istria. Just a few footsteps from the sea of Porto Longo (Duga Luka) bay, decorated with the glittering whiteness of the stone, Villa Pedeset 2 is situated in the green and grey palette of Mediterranean herbs and surrounded by the fragrant scent of immortelle and sage.

Positioned facing towards the sea, blended with the environment, the whole complex of the Villa spreads over 2500m² and 513m² of living space and consists of the upper floor, middle floor, and ground floor. Luxury Villa Pedeset 2 has 5 bedrooms with 5 en suite bathrooms, 10 beds and is suitable for the comfortable accommodation of 10 people. Near the main entrance to the villa, there is a separate exercise area – a real gym equipped with a modern treadmill, stationary bicycle, orbitrek, weights and mats, and benches for independent exercise. In the same area, which is air-conditioned and equipped with modern entertainment devices such as UHD Smart TV and BOSE Hi-fi system, there is a pool table, dartboard, and sanitary facilities. Entering the upper floor corridor area will lead you to a spacious and beautiful living room equipped with a very contemporary sofa and ultra-modern decorative details, latest extra-large diagonal UHD Smart TV, which combined with a flawless Hi-Fi system, provides to the real fans of movies or sports broadcasts exactly what they want from a perfect audio-visual experience. Exit to the terrace with an enchanting view, glazed fireplace open on the three sides of the wall, and the unusually attractive “space” lighting fixtures complete this extremely pleasant and comfortable interior. Also on this level, you will find the harmoniously incorporated kitchen and dining room which is located right next to the glass wall overlooking the sea and is dominated by a large table made of tempered glass that can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people on comfortable high-back white leather chairs. In the same space, there is a kitchen with modern lines and high gloss, equipped with the highest category of appliances. In addition this floor houses two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with a shower and a sea view. A storage room and guest toilette are also on this floor. The internal staircase leads you down to the middle floor where three bedrooms are situated. All rooms have their bathroom with shower, terrace and are air-conditioned and equipped with UHD Smart TV. The ground floor can be reached by the internal stairs where you will enter the equipped wellness area, with a Finnish/bio and infrared sauna, an experience shower and a relaxation area with a water bed, direct access to the sunbathing area, and a 12.5-meter-long swimming pool optimised for counter-current swimming. For those looking for relaxation in the exterior, there is also an outdoor whirlpool, spacious enough for 5 people. On the upper outdoor area, there is a fully-equipped summer kitchen and the outdoor covered Weber gas grill and table for 12 people, with a magnificent direct view of the sea.

To complete the experience of the sea during your stay in Villa Pedeset 2, only 30 meters from the villa there is a wood-covered pontoon for sunbathing and entering the sea.
