On the ground floor of the Villa, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The modern living room is divided into a part with a comfortable lounge-set and armchairs and a specially designed bar with a selection of wine, which you can try during pleasant evening gatherings. The first floor of designer Villa Porec is reachable both by the external and internal stairs. In this calm and quiet sleeping area, there are 3 individually decorated double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have an SAT-TV and one on the upper floor offers breath-taking views and has direct access to the outdoor pool, over an external staircase.

The outdoor terrace comes with the dining table and charcoal grill and will serve you perfectly to prepare local meals for your common lunch or dinner.
