Can Rico is a typical and very beautiful Majorcan villa situated in a very quiet lane in the countryside between Pollensa and Port Pollensa. It has a great stone terrace which is totally furnished with a large dinning table and chairs. There is a big swimming pool with roman steps surrounded by a lovely garden with grass and other Mediterranean plants.
The villa is set in two levels. There is a big fitted kitchen totally equipped with dishwasher, electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, a breakfast table with chairs, and large sliding doors are opening onto the covered terrace. There big lounge dining area also has doors opening to the front shaded terrace.
The sleeping area comprises of 5 bedrooms: 4 double bedrooms, one of them en suite, and a further twin bedroom. There are also two further bathrooms. Completes the villa a nice built in BBQ situated by the front terrace near the pool.
Overall, the villa is located in a quiet rural area at the end of a country lane, surrounded by other villas with similar characteristics, in one of the most privileged areas of Mallorca. It is a very short drive from Pollensa (a beautiful historic town with a very authentic character, a cultural and leisure offer unbeatable, all kinds of services, and a typical Mediterranean architecture), and also a very short drive from the beaches of the Bay of Pollensa, with its beautiful promenade, restaurants, supermarkets, shops and services of all kinds.
