Description
Masia Gran is a beautifully restored 150 year old farmhouse with stunning mountain views. It retains many rustic features and artefacts which creates an authentic Mallorquin atmosphere and a homely feel. The villa is in a lovely setting located just off the main road between Pollensa and Port Pollensa.
In the garden there is a large kidney-shaped swimming pool and plenty of sun-bathing areas on the large terrace. There is a fantastic covered terrace with comfortable chairs for when you want a bit of shade. There is a huge BBQ, set in a separate area with outdoor sink and preparation area with a four metre long dining table fit for a banquet.
The property has two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (there is another supplementary bed/cot available on request). There are two bathrooms, one of them en-suite, plus a toilet close by to the pool.
The kitchen includes hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dining room is very atmospheric with its decoration, antiques, paintings and rustic stone walls. The lounge area is equipped with Sat TV/DVD, Radio, CD and WI-FI. Central heating and air conditioning are a bonus in the bedrooms.
Masia Gran is just a few minutes drive to the beaches at Cala Sant Vincente and Puerto Pollensa and2 the shops and restaurants of Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, and Puerto de Alcudia. It is next door to a 3 bedroomed villa called Masia Petit, and so for groups of up to 14, these villas would be an ideal choice for big parties.
