The villa enjoys stunning views from its privileged position to the mountains around and to the sea and beach of Cala Molins.

From the street level to the main entrance there is a living room with lovely views to the sea and mountains. It is bright and furnished in a comfortable modern style with TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning. At this level there is also a reading terrace with sea views.
The top floor is independent and keeps the character of the original house with a large double bedroom with sea views, en suite bathroom and a separate sun terrace. It is accessed via the lift.
