Description
With spectacular views over one of Mallorca’s finest resorts, Villa Can Las y las is perfectly located for those seeking peace and tranquility in a private setting but with fantastic facilities close by. The spacious living areas of the 6-bedroom property have been designed in rustic chic style with all mod cons imaginable, it´s exterior areas are both ample and luxurious with the amazing pool, covered jacquzzi and the breathtaking sea views that makes Villa Can Las y Las truly unique.
Located on the North Eastern tip of Mallorca, the charming fishing village of Port de Pollença has one of the prettiest bays on the island which attracts from near and far. A table at one of the many excellent waterside bars and restaurants is really the perfect place to watch the sun go down and to enjoy the fresh catch of the day, for example in one of the island’s best fish and seafood restaurants, Stay. Villa Las y Las is set in a very private location on a hillside overlooking the bay of Pollensa and the back drop of the Tramuntana mountain range behind. Due to the terraced nature of the villa’s grounds, every terrace and every room offer great views. Complete with a superb large infinity style swimming pool well as a covered jaquzzi it couldn’t be more perfect for a sophisticated villa holiday.
VILLA ACCOMMODATION
The main house contains the master bedroom in the main house, complete with designer king-size beds and large wardrobes. There are 3 further double en-suite bathrooms in the adjoining annex and two further bedrooms in the guest house which is alongside the main house.
The main house contains the kitchen and dining area as well as the sitting room with 3D LCD 50″ TV, sofas, fireplace and an office space where guests can relax and watch a movie after a day in the sun. There is a superb quiet viewing room with comfortable sofas that enjoys the splendid views of the bay looking towards the exclusive Formentor penisular. The house has huge windows which can be opened to let the sea breeze blow through the interior. All rooms have French doors leading out to terraces from and enjoy the superb stunning vistas.
The pool area is located is located alongside the main house, which is exposed to sun from early morning until sunset, there are plenty of sun loungers and seating area as well as outside dining, bar and Bbq area. Under the terrace there is a special feature of a large jaquzzi.
Furthermore there are further sitting and dining areas extended around the villa to which invite guests to enjoy a home cooked meal while watching the sun go down and the village lights glistening in the dark.
NOTES
Please note that young children need constant supervision due to the terraced nature of the grounds.
Air conditioning can be provided in Guest house by portable units.
