Description
The accommodation, which is all on one level, comprises of two large double bedrooms; both have a seating area. There are also two twin bedrooms. The bedrooms are serviced by two en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom. All the bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. There is a large living room with comfortable seating and fireplace (chimeneia). Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV and a DVD Player. There is a spacious separate dining room with comfortable chairs and a second TV. The modern white kitchen is light, airy and well equipped with a microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric oven, hob with extractor.
Outdoors
Double doors from the lounge lead out on to beautiful mature gardens laid to lawn with trees and shrubs. The large 12m x 5m private swimming pool has roman steps for easier access and internal seating at the other end. To the front of the villa there are covered terraces and seating for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings
This villa offers ample area of ‘Al fresco’ dining with a large covered food preparation area complete with brick built BBQ and sink unit. Patio furniture, sun beds and a parasol are provided. It is an ideal base for anyone wanting to spend time in Puerto Pollensa and have lazy days around the pool and evenings around the BBQ.
There are extensive views of the mountains beyond. There is off road parking for at least two cars.
