The ground floor of this Villa is designed as an area for relaxation and socializing and serves as a garden with a yard, ideal for spending time with friends or loved ones. A beautiful view from the spacious terrace extends to the Elaphite Islands – Sipan, Kolocep, and Lopud. The garden and terrace are equipped with outdoor furniture and a special covered area for dining. A glass door separates the spacious living room from the terrace, which is equipped with high-quality furniture. Next to the living room, there is a modern dining room, but guests may alternatively enjoy dining outside onto the terrace. The indoor dining area is connected to a small kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. Besides, the ground floor has one bathroom. From this level, the stone steps lead to a beach, which is perfect for enjoyment and refreshment during hot summer days. The first floor offers four bedrooms with a Mediterranean atmosphere and two bathrooms.Three bedrooms have double beds and one of them, the master bedroom also has a balcony with a panoramic view and a bathroom with a shower. The fourth and the last bedroom is smaller and equipped with a single bed and a garden view. On the same floor, there is also another bathroom with a shower. The property of the villa also has a new annex/suite built next to the main building, which consists of a queen bed, a sofa that can be used as a single bed, and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub.
