Description
Overlooking the lovely old town of Pollensa, and with splendid panoramic views across the mountains behind, Villa Costa is on the hillside of the famous Puig de Maria.
With its traditional stone walls, Mediterranean plants and a tiled roof, Villa Costa is a traditional Majorcan house, but with a modern interior, with clean lines and lots of light. The decoration gives a feel that is fresh and inviting, with very comfortable furnishings and a light and well-equipped kitchen completed with breakfast bar.
At the heart of the house there is a bright and airy sitting dining room and lounge, with beamed ceiling, offering satellite TV, and providing a homely place for relaxing in the afternoons and late evenings.
As you enter the villa there is a small hallway, and two of the bedrooms are on this floor, just off the hallway. To the left is a double bedroom with en suite shower and to the right is a twin room with an adjacent shower room.
At first floor level there is the master bedroom with a queen size double bed and en suite shower room. The last bedroom is at this level and is a single bedroom. There is also a full bathroom on the first floor. The lounge is at this level and gives access to a furnished balcony.
The exterior provides plenty of space and privacy to relax and take in the superb views. There is a lovely cobbled stone terrace next to the lawn area and above the lawn is a superb large pool.
Another feature to mention is a covered barbecue area on the balcony to prepare those home-prepared meals and enjoy al fresco.
