VILLA GINESTRE

Villa Ginestre is a large property located directly in front of the beach in Alcudia. The views from the terraces are idyllic, gates from the garden lead directly to the shady pines and then to a quiet stretch of beach.
The house is built on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large open living – dining area with sea views. The sea breeze ensures that this area is always cool. The kitchen is of an ample size with all of the appliances required to make your holiday more accommodating. On the ground floor there is also a shower room.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms. The double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and access to a terrace with beautiful sea views and relaxing sofas.
There is a further twin bedroom and double bedroom with access to the same terrace as the master bedroom. There is also a children’s room with a single bed which has a pull out secondary single bed.
All bedrooms have air conditioning.
Outside, there is a large covered dining terrace, the perfect spot to dine whilst taking in the sea views. The extensive garden has sun loungers and access to the beach. There is also off street parking for 2 cars available at the villa.
