Villa La Victoria is a spectacular home on the sea with private access to a private jetty and beach. The house has large terraces overlooking the sea with stunning sea views and is an exceptional location to enjoy the sunsets.
It is built on two floors, on the ground you will find a great conservatory with amazing sea views, with the beaches of Mal Pas and Manresa on one side as well as views of the port of Pollensa, La Fortaleza, the lighthouse and Formentor.
Villa La Victoria benefits from a wonderful terrace which surrounds almost the entire house. There is also an interior covered courtyard through which gives a lot of light and a dining room and kitchen with separate laundry room.
On this same floor there is the main room with the same view as the living room and access to the same terrace, with an en suite. On this floor there is another room with bathroom en suite and three rooms that share two bathrooms.
On the lower floor there are three rooms sharing a bathroom and a TV lounge.
The house is 10 minutes by car to Alcudia Old Town and 5 minutes walk to Cocodrilo Restaurant.
