This traditional stone villa is located in peaceful coastal town Ičići, once a small settlement only a few kilometers from the pearl of Kvarner bay – Opatija. Nowadays Ičići is a modern holiday spot that gives its guest what is most important: rest, relaxation and recreation on its beaches. If you are more of a fan of walking, a walk down the Lungomare will bring you to 15minutes away from Opatija. If you are looking for an ideal family and cozy villa with a private pool, modern facilities, and breath-taking view of the entire Kvarner Bay, Villa Marietta is the ultimate choice for you.
Villa Marietta offers enough space to accommodate 6 persons. As soon as you step into the 120m2 living area, you will notice on first sight how much thought and attention is paid to every detail within the house. With three bedrooms, one of which is a triple room (double bed and single bed), one with double bed, one with a single bed and one bathroom are situated on the ground floor. There is one AC unit in master bedroom and one unit in living room/ kitchen/ dining room. First floor compromises of fully equipped kitchen and open plan dining/living area from where you have direct access to the balcony, delivering you astonishing views overlooking the entire Kvarner bay. The highlight of this villa is a fenced Mediterranean garden with a swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers, creating a splendid oasis for pure enjoyment. There is also a sunbed with baldachin creating a bit of shade during hot summer days, as well as an outdoor shower. Furthermore, there is a covered terrace with a dining area, where you can make a nice family barbecue dinner in the fresh air. Also, if you are arriving in a car, there is private shaded parking for three cars at your disposal.
