Beautiful Villa Dracevica with swimming pool in Dracevica, Brac island. On your way from Nerežišća towards Milna, nestled not far from the old centre of Dračevica, a charming little place in the heart of Brac island, you will come across our villa surrounded by a spacious Mediterranean garden. The village itself and the villa’s peaceful location creates an idyllic setting for those who are seeking pure holiday relaxation.
The charming property extends over 450m2 of outside area, and 90m2 living space. The lower ground floor and is a chill out zone where you can enjoy a glass of wine at the wine cellar and hide away from the summer heat in the lounge area. From here stairs lead you to the first floor and a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, dining, and living area. This floor is accessible by the main entrance and on the other side from this floor, you can step onto a large stone terrace equipped with deck chairs, a parasol, an outdoor gazebo with sitting furniture, and a swimming pool. The Mediterranean garden will be the place where the guests will spend most of the time during the hot summer days and enjoying the evenings preparing delicious grilled dishes. One double bedroom, a children’s room with additional single bed, and a bathroom with a bathtub and whirlpool tub can be found on the mezzanine.Further on, the internal stairs lead to the first floor, which is also the attic of this villa, where you can find a double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with a shower unit. This room has an exit to a balcony overlooking the local church.
Considered one of the oldest and interesting old villages that remain on the Island, it has a lot of attractions worth seeing within easy driving distance, so car hire is recommended while staying at the villa Dracevica. Especially for doing sightseeing of other places, beaches, wineries, and konoba’s (taverns) where you can enjoy the local cuisine, authentic taste of the old rustic Brač.
