A great house for big parties or families wanting to share a property near Puerto Pollensa and in walking distance to all the facilities this resort has to offer.
The house is situated in the residential area of Siller at the foot of the mountains enjoying glorious views across the Tramuntana Mountain range.
All the accommodation is on one floor, with five bedrooms (three twins and two doubles) and three shower rooms, sleeping a total of ten adults. The large kitchen / dining room has access onto the covered porch with extended dining area.
The comfortable lounge also has access onto the front porch and pool area for your peace of mind if you have small children.
The large pool is gated and has a large sun deck around it with sun loungers. The brick-built BBQ is positioned off the pool area ideal for al fresco dining and accessed by a slabbed pathway.
The house is 5 minutes by car to the centre of Puerto Pollensa or 15 minutes’ walk.
This house shares the drive with another property belonging to the same owner but totally unobtrusive.
