Semi-detached Villa Vodice – family and pet-friendly villa in Srima near Vodice town. This beautiful and brand new modern designed villa will satisfy the needs of those who are looking for a perfect getaway from the city rush, providing everything you might need for ideal relaxing holidays. Situated in Srima, one of the prettiest places on the Adriatic coast, tucked between the two touristic centres of Middle Dalmatia, a town of Vodice on the west side and Šibenik town on the east side. This charming little settlement has become a tourist attraction for family vacations due to the crystal-clear sea, pebble beaches, and lots of possibilities for an active holiday, such as surfing, sailing, water-skiing, etc.
The Villa is spread over 2 levels, decorated in elegant & modern house style, it accommodates up to 6 guests in total in 3 luxury bedrooms, each with a double bed. Two upper floor bedrooms, accessible by indoor staircase, have a private en-suite bathroom with shower unit, WiFi, and air conditioning. Both rooms have access to a balcony. The rooms are designed and furnished with good taste and attention to the smallest details. One of the bedrooms is placed on the ground floor together with an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and spacious living room with access to an outside terrace, overlooking the swimming pool area. The outside garden area is ideal for sunbathing, lying on the sun loungers around the private swimming pool, or dining at the comfortable lounge area where you can enjoy delicious fish specialties or other grilled dishes with a glass of domestic wine or simply enjoy the warm summer days and nights with a view of a starry sky.
Villa Vodice combined with the next-door Villa Srima and with two more semi-detached villas nearby, is a perfect accommodation for a large family group or group of friends who appreciate calm vacationing in a typical small Dalmatian town with beautiful pebble beaches. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. If you are ready to explore the area with your pets, there’s a multitude of experiences at your doorstep. Do not miss the opportunity to visit larger tourist destinations such as Zadar, Primošten, or even Trogir. Let’s not forget the true gems of the area – the Nacional Park “Krka” and National Park “Kornati”.
