We are delighted to offer you this three-bedroom ground floor apartment situated just off the beach. It has a wonderful terrace which is totally furnished with exterior table and chairs.

This cosy apartment offers a spacious lounge dining area and a separate kitchen totally equipped with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge freezer and a breakfast table. The bedrooms comprise of one double and two twins (all of them with ceiling fans and fitted wardrobes), sharing two bathrooms with shower.

Overall, this apartment is ideal for families with children or just couples who wish to spend a holiday in a central location and with the bonus of being just off the beach.

Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!

Great villa, comfortable beds, clean and the welcome pack was really appreciated. Good location and the pool and table tennis went down very well with everyone.

We had a great stay and the communication with Colin was brilliant. The villa is very clean and spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool area is fantastic and the steps in are great for children. The pool was also really warm considering it’s not heated and the view of the mountains is fantastic. Lovely quiet area but a 25 min walk into the square in Pollenca and 5 min drive to the Port. Lovely area and lots of great restaurants and beaches nearby. We were a family of 8 (7 adults and one child) and would definitely like to return :)

Charming and lovely townhouse in the old part of Pollenca. Recently refurbished to a very high standard. House is really well equipped. ACs in all the rooms meant it was never too hot even in the August. High walls give a lot of privacy and also make the sun more bearable. Pool was lovely. We quickly got used to parking in the side streets around the house, but it is also possible to park slightly outside the town. We used a car to go Puerto Pollenca to get to the fantastic beaches. Their Internet was good enough for video calls for work Communication with the manager was easy and quick. Would clearly recommend and also go back
