Charming newly renovated finca with a beautiful garden around the pool, located approx 15 minutes walk from the Placa Major at the centre of Pollensa Old Town.
The house has a nice pergola and a porch next to the pool, where the summer dining room is located next to the barbecue.
We access the house to a spacious living room with double height ceilings and a separate toilet. The house has an open plan area made up of the spacious living room, with different environments. After the living room we find the dining room with fireplace and open kitchen. From here we can access the pergola that surrounds the house and gives us access to the garden and the pool. The kitchen is light and spacious and there is an independent laundry and a complete bathroom for the pool.
We access the sleeping quarter from the living room and it also has access to the garden. We find the double rooms with a full bathroom en suite, with shower and a bathtub.
In accordance with environmental concerns and recommendations the AC will be available in the bedrooms from 18:00 PM to 20:00 PM and from 22:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Booking Information
- A booking fee of £75 will be charged on every booking
- Extra cleaning fee: £200 per booking
- A 30% deposit will be requested upon booking
- All bookings will be subject to pay the Balearics ecotax of €2.20 per adult per night
