With outstanding living space laid out over three floors, the interior features many original features including some beautiful old floor tiles and old doors, and is big enough to accommodate two families comfortably.
The ground floor is made up of fantastic entertaining and family space with a large dining area, an open fire place, a sitting room, a big, well equipped kitchen and generally lots of areas to sit and relax.
Upstairs on the first floor there are seven bedrooms all with en suite facilities (five shower rooms and two bathrooms). From this floor there is access out to a wonderful roof terrace, a perfect sun trap, from which there are lovely views over Pollensa and the ancient Pollensa bull ring.
At the top of the house there is a very large studio room – perfect to host meetings or to use as a workroom.
Throughout the house there is air conditioning, free WiFi and abundant hot water supplied by solar panels on the roof.
