This pretty, private house, ideally located on a large plot in Pollensa, just a few minutes drive away from Puerto Pollensa and the famous bay of Cala San Vicente. The house is situated in a family-friendly neighborhood in a beautiful rural area.
La Punta is a single level house, therefore suitable for families with children or older people.
The interior is fresh and modern, homely, clean and comfortable and is 110 m². There is an open plan living dining area with comfortable sofas and dining area for 6 people. The kitchen is also open plan with modern units, stainless steel fridge freezer, microwave, electric oven, ceramic hob and dishwasher. All of the bedrooms and the living area is air conditioned. There are also electric low consumption radiators for cooler weather at the beginning and end of the season.
Outside there is a brick built barbecue area with dining table, perfect for alfresco dining. This area also has a shower room. The villa also has a large covered terrace at the entrance with dining furniture and relaxing sofa. Sun beds surround the pool in beautifully maintained garden and there is a ping pong table for extra entertainment.
La Punta is the perfect place to relax with family and enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
Damage deposit of £350.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.

We had a great stay at the finca. it is located perfectly in between pollenca and port de pollenca, perfect to start cycling. supermarkets and padel courts close by! the finca has very modern interior including all new kitchen and bathrooms. pool and outdoor bbq area are great!the proximity to the main road could be bothersome to some, but it did not bother us. overall great place, would definitely recommend!

Superbly located finca close to Pollenca. Large parking space directly at the finca, but this is not easy to reach with a larger car. Great outdoor area with lounge corner, pool and real pizza oven (for heating you have to plan 3h). The Finca is also suitable early in the year, as it is heatable. Everything is very clean, large fully equipped kitchen, spacious living/dining area, modern bathroom. But this is also the case in other parts of the island. We can thoroughly recommend the finca.
Perfect villa, location is perfect for athletes (bike, triathlon...). The amenities are great (summer kitchen, change of towels at mid-stay, etc.)

The finca was really very nice. We had a great time over New Year's Eve.The finca was very appealing as stated in the listing. The communication as well as the description of the key handover was also excellent. We would come back any time.
We were 4 people In the accommodation and it was very nice. The garden is large enough and the pool is a good size. Inside you can stay well thanks to the living/dining kitchen and with the 3 bathrooms there is no fight for a shower. The noise of the country road can be heard in the garden but in the bedrooms you don't hear anything with the windows closed.
Great villa in the area Pollença. We went there to ride our bicycles around the island. The villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and everything you need is there. Would recommend to stay here!
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much
Very clean and cozy. We felt very comfortable The house is well equipped. The location is perfect, but you should have a car because you can walk 20 minutes to the nearest bus station. But by car, the location is optimal. 5 min to the beach. We would always come back!
