This beautifully equipped air-conditioned apartment is situated in one of the most sought after areas of Puerto Pollensa. Pinaret is extremely quiet yet just a couple of minutes walk to the town’s best beach which has great facilities including a full range of water sports.
Pinaret Apartment is situated on the first floor sleeps 2 people. The apartment has one double bedroom with a good-sized built-in wardrobe with safe. The newly refurbished bathroom also of good size contains a walk-in shower, hand basin and low-level wc. The lounge dining area contains a large flat-screen TV. There is also cafe style table and chairs in the lounge/diner area. There’s an English SAT TV in the bedroom, there is also an office desk and chair The kitchen area contains a 2 ring hob, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The balcony overlooks the garden and pool area and there is are table and seating on the balcony.
The apartment is located on a quiet street just a few rows back from the front line. It consists of a lounge dining area and TV, leading directly to a private balcony or garden looking to the pool /garden area which includes comfortable outdoor armchairs and a low level table. The apartments on the ground floor have similar facilities plus a small private garden. The shared private pool also has a small baby pool alongside plus plenty of sun loungers provided. The town centre, Marina and Pine walk are a short stroll away, as are cafes, bars, shops, restaurants and of course Pollensa’s fantastic beaches. The apartment block is very well maintained and until recently was owned by a major hotel group in Mallorca which owns many of the leading hotels in this area including the famous Illa d’or.
