Classic Mallorcan furnished villa with great outside space for eating and relaxing together with a pool and amazing views of the mountains. The villa is set at the end of a quiet series of roads with about a 20 minute walk to the Pont Roma.

I stayed at Colin's lovely home in Ses Illetas for 4 nights with my sister, niece, mum and Auntie for a family birthday get-away. Firstly, the house is beautiful and the photos do not do it justice. The villa is huge - we kept finding rooms! - and the bedrooms are so spacious. It's such a treat to have an en suite bathroom for every bedroom. The villa is also incredibly well-equipped - there's not a kitchen gadget that it doesn't have..! Secondly, the outdoor area is stunning. The pool is a very good size with beautiful views - we loved watching the cruise ships coming into Palma each day. It was so relaxing to watch the sun go down over the garden and access our semi-private beach for a cooling dip in the Med. Thirdly, the location is perfect. Everything you could want is within walking distance and there are some fabulous restaurants nearby. There is a bus service into Palma right outside the villa and it's so easy to get around. Lastly, communication with Colin was quick and thorough, and being met at the villa by Francoise when we arrived and again when we left was a pleasure. We were so sad to leave and are already trying to find a way to get back over. I would definitely recommend this villa to anyone looking for a beautiful place to stay in Mallorca. What a super find. The apartment is in an ideal location close to the restaurants, bars and the beach. The apartment is clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The recommended taxi service, Rafa and Pedro were great and on time. The pool was ideal and clean within nice grounds. Parking outside the apartment was fine. There’s a nice walk around the small nature reserve, which is next to the property. The host was helpful and checked in with us to make sure everything was ok. Nice gesture and appreciated with the food and drinks on arrival. Would definitely stay and recommend this accommodation.

The villa is beautiful in a stunning location with easy access to both Palma and other areas of Majorca. The bus stop is only 2 mins walk away and there is a lot of local shops near by with lovely restaurants just to the right of the property along the street. The house was perfect for our group of friends and communication with Colin and Francoise was second to none. They were lovely and very friendly! The pool and private beach area was fantastic and a great place to relax. We definitely would consider a stay here again!

This was one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. It is exactly as described if not better. They have everything you could possibly need and it comfortably fits 10 people. It is in a great location. The house was also spotless when we arrived and communication with the host and property manager was seamless. If you’re coming to mallorca and have a large group, I would highly recommend this house.

Beautiful large villa in the most ideal location with the added bonus of a beach at the end of the garden! Walking distance to a range of restaurants, beaches and local amenities. We had a great time at the villa. Would most definitely like to visit again in the future.

Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
We stayed in Mallorca for a week and were very comfortable in the finca. The finca is perfect for two people, in a great location and yet perfect to retreat when you need some peace and quiet. The fresh figs and grapes from the garden were part of our breakfast every morning. We would come back anytime.Communication was also great. Very reliable, pleasantly emailed, and quick responses. Everything great!
Everything was great. The communication is very quick. The pool is really nice, the garden beautiful and you can have a nice barbecue and sit at the Terrasse.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.

Gorgeous villa in a great location.
The location of the villa, just a short walk from Pollenca and at the foot of the mountains was perfect for our stay. The facilities including a BBQ and swimming pool were all we could ask for and plenty of towels were provided, so no need to waste precious packing space! The villa is incredibly private and not overlooked at all. We will definitely be back!
The house in Cala Sant Vincenc is very nice. Fully equipped and ideally located: a 3-minute walk from the sea. We had a great vacation:) The only downside: 6th place is not ideal. It is an extra bed glued to the other single bed which does not leave much room for the occupants. If you are 5, I recommend this house!
Lovely clean villa right in the middle of town. The courtyard garden was sunny in the mornings and lovely and shady in the afternoons. Perfect for cooling down and the kids absolutely loved the pool.

We had a fantastic stay. The villa was incredibly clean and well presented and the pool was fab. The instructions and communication from the host were great. Its in a great location, a gentle 10 minute walk to Pollenca square.

The stay was very good. Starting from the communication of the administration before check-in to the cleanliness of the finca until check out. The finca is within walking distance of Pollenca. Location is good and very quiet. The immediate neighbors do not bother and you will not get it. There were three of us in the accommodation and everyone had plenty of space. There is a pool, BBQ, and a house. Very good we found the change of towels and a small complete cleaning of the finca after 4 days. Negative were that upon our arrival there were no "small basic equipment", such as cleaning products, rags, dishwasher tablets, spices, oil or toilet paper. However, the criticism is high standard as we know it from other fincas. The missing air conditioning was not needed. Overall, I would book the finca again for a short spontaneous trip!
Great villa with beautiful entrance area and well-kept rooms. The pool area with a table tennis and pool table is also very successful. The kitchen is a bit old and rather small. Villa is quiet but still central. Thank you for the pleasant stay, we can highly recommend the villa.

The outside area is breathtaking. The Berger, the pool, everything was great. The interior is a bit dark but that wasn't a problem at all.

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your lovely villa.The villa was perfect for our group of friends. There was plenty of space to read, relax, lounge, eat and play games. Also just a 5 min stroll to a pebble beach (where the locals hang out) and a 10 min stroll along the sea front, to the main tourist beach. Plenty of bars and resturants, and if you walk a little further (another 10 min stroll) there are some lovely shops to browse and a marina. If you stay here, I hope you enjoy the villa and Pollenca as much as I did.

What a lovely place to have a holiday. The villa and the pool were lovely and the host is very helpful and kind.Far enough out to enjoy some peace and tranquility, close enough in to Pollensa old town.
Nice villa with a great pool and lovely views. We would stay again if it weren’t for the road. The pool and outdoor area were great. The location wasn’t great. The road is narrow and it was difficult/dangerous to pull out in the car. There was no mirror to check for oncoming traffic. We had to buy all cleaning supplies, soap etc.
The villa was absolutely amazing, beyond what we expected.
Great townhouse in Pollensa
We stayed in Pollensa for a week in the middle of summer. The townhouse accommodates a family of 6 easily and has been modernised stylishly. Its in a fantastic location in the old town only a couple of minutes from all the boutique shops and restaurants. Once you get used to the driving in the narrow streets we didn't have a problem parking nearby. The aircon works really well which was essential as was mid 30s outside. House is clean and well stocked. Bathrooms work well. Vida Villas were very easy to deal with and solve any problems. We went to coves (Boquer, Baix) did the Gorge de Pareis, and climbed Puig de Maria, and beaches Formentor and Port Pollensa. Enjoyed restaurant Il Giardinero in the square. Highly recommended.
We loved the house. Great location with lovely views. The owners were really helpful, we had a thunder storm on the last night and all our washing got soaked. They really helped us out getting it dried. The pool was great and the seating out side was fabulous. The aircon worked great even though it was really hot.
We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful, clean, modern villa set in massive, well-maintained grounds.The villas itself is well laid out, with modern air conditioning in all the rooms. The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.
The perfect villa for a family holiday! With a very comfortable well furnished air conditioned villa, the stunning shady grassy grounds and gorgeous pool we barely left the place all week. Our only ventures were to visit the hidropark at Alcudia which the kids loved and heading out for dinners at the beautiful Pollensa main square and the stunning costal restaurants at Puerto Pollensa. Highly recommend. We’ll be back! X
A lovely property, in a splendid location with woodland, farmland and olive trees nearby. The garden area and the pool are very well maintained, and the layout such that sun and shade are available throughout the day. The villa has ample space and is well equipped. The owner and agent are easy to contact and very helpful if needed, to resolve any issue. A most enjoyable holiday.
