Villa Pazin consists of two luxuriously appointed houses with swimming pool and is perfect for large family holidays in peaceful nature. The property of the Villa Pazin extends over 500m², comprising of two residential units, one 3 bedrooms and the smaller with 2 bedrooms, which can be rented only together. Each residential unit spreads over two floors – ground floor and first floor, has 5 bedrooms in total and can accommodate up to 10 people.

From the garden, you enter the open space on the ground floor of the bigger residential house. In addition to a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator there is a dining table and a comfortable living room with a sofa. Indoor fireplace gives a special warmth to the whole space. On this floor there is one additional toilet. The stairs lead to the first floor which features 3 en-suite bedrooms. First room is the master bedroom with double bed, fireplace, terrace and private bathroom with hot tub. Second room is twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower and the third bedroom there is another double bed. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and have LCD smart TVs. From the main terrace on the property, you enter the wellness area with sauna and lounge where you can relax and enjoy yourself.

The central place of Villa Pazin is the carefully maintained garden and swimming pool (55m²) surrounded by modern sun loungers. There is a comfortable seating set and an outdoor shower. In the same area you will find a summer kitchen with dining furniture, as well as barbecue and pizza oven. This area is an ideal place for hanging out and relaxing in good company and enjoying magnificent Istrian specialties for which this region is famous. The luxurious 650m² garden with citrus, maple and olive trees is a lovely place to idle away the day in the open air. Active guests will love the table tennis, as well as the 10 bicycles they can use to explore the surrounding nature and no traffic trails.

From the main terrace of Villa Pazin we enter the space on the ground floor of the smaller house. Here is a living room with comfortable sofa and LCD smart TV, equipped kitchen, dining area and additional toilet. An internal staircase leads to the first floor where there are two bedrooms – one is a master bedroom with double bed, terrace with lounge chairs and private bathroom with shower. Another bedroom has double bed and private bathroom. All bedrooms have air-condition and LCD smart TV.
