The villa's spacious garage accommodates four cars and provides elevator access to the conference room located two levels up, or guests may enter through the main gate. With a car, guests may explore nearby Croatian cities, and with a ferry, they may discover nearby islands such as Hvar and Brac.
On the level above the garage, guests may find two independent accommodation units, including one suite and one bedroom with a bath. Both units share a stone terrace that overlooks the historic University of Dubrovnik. The main building, leading up to the master house level, boasts a promenade shaded by vines and a lush bougainvillea tree. Along the promenade, guests may find a sauna and another independent suite, providing seclusion, shade, and intimacy.
Upon entering the luxury Croatian villa's front promenade, guests will be greeted with an open area that hosts common spaces. The custom-designed and fully equipped home kitchen, highlighted by a large dining table, is located on the left side, while the living room, complete with a fireplace and TV, is situated on the right. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with adjacent bathrooms, featuring spacious bathrooms with double lavatories, one with a bath, and the other with a walk-in shower. The second floor has a similar layout to the first, with a central, wood-lined reading area and two double bedrooms on each side, both with a walk-in shower bathroom. The room facing the west offers views of the gardens, while the room facing the east provides mesmerizing panoramas of Dubrovnik's Old Town.
Guests can enjoy the picturesque Croatian surroundings while dining al fresco in the fully equipped professional kitchen and open grill area located below the suite on the left side of the house. Another dining area and a large private pool with ample sunbathing space also add to the villa's charm
Damage deposit is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
