The Villa is set in 445 square meters, on the beachfront (just 2 m from the Adriatic Sea!), with an outdoor swimming pool, a barbecue and stunning sea views. It can accommodate up to 14 guests in 7 en-suite bedrooms.The property has been renovated in 2019 to high standards and is elegantly furnished. From the open-concept kitchen and living space to the spacious sunbathing area, there is plenty of room for the whole family or group of friends to enjoy. The property consists of the basement, ground floor with a mezzanine, and the first floor. In the villa basement there are facilities such as the laundry room, kitchenette, wine cellar, one bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The mentioned bedroom offers excellent privacy and fantastic comfort.On the mezzanine floor, there are two bedrooms, including a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Two separate single beds are in another en-suite bedroom and a charming terrace. On this level, there is also a spacious living room and a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. A garage is also on the same level. On the villa’s first floor, there are four modern bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms.There are 3 parking spaces in the villa (one of them is in the garage).
Damage deposit of £1000.00 is held by credit card prior to arrival and refunded after departure.
Ecotax is not included in the price (£1.50/adult/night).
This accommodation does not accept groups of young people (or on request)

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Ferienhaus war sehr angenehm.
Im August ist es sehr heiß auf Mallorca, aber das Haus war kühl mit einem guten Klimaanlagen-System.
Die Gastfreundschaft des Teams war außergewöhnlich. Er war immer verfügbar, um unsere Fragen zu beantworten und lokale Empfehlungen zu geben.

Wir hatten ein kleines Problem mit der Reinigung des Pools ein paar Tage nach unserem Aufenthalt, aber es wurde schnell durch den Eigentümer gelöst.
Komunikation sehr gut. Putzfrau und Poolboy sehr nett und sehr gewissenhafte arbeit von beiden
Great stay in this traditional house, simple and pleasant at the same time . We quickly disconnected thanks to the calm of the garden , visits to the sheep of the field next door...the rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning ( I am not a fan of air conditioning but unfortunately it is the only way to ensure a good night in summer).the pool is large in a very maintained garden... The bonus being the pool towels provided by the host. We enjoyed it . The manager is very responsive! Really nice week with the family ,very relaxing go there with your eyes closed:-)
The rooms are well divided (over 2 floors). There is a kitchen with a dining table and you have plenty of seating outside. There is a small roof terrace for romantic evenings under the stars. What more could you want?!

We had a lovely week at this property. The location was perfect, an easy walk to town. We left our car at the carpark just at the top of the town to save us driving through the narrow streets, it was only a 1 minute walk away.
Private with a small but cared for garden providing separate areas which as a large family group were perfect, Pool wonderful, the best we have had!

Lovely villa , traditional build and set in a quiet location with private pool and garden. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for a couple or small family. Walking distance to the old town of Pollenca. Great market on Sundays. Short driving to beaches and supermarkets.

Such a lovely spot. Between the fully stocked kitchen, the awesome courtyard/pool, and the walkability to town this place truly hits the mark. Would absolutely recommend!

A great location for those wanting to experience Port de Pollenca at a short walking distance safely along the beach. It also afford excellent and safe cycle routes across the Island. It is a private location and barely overlooked and the interior is stylish and clean. I would recommend this property to anyone with a small or large group.

Gorgeous house, great size rooms, walking distance to town, and a great bonus of having a garage for a car. Also, the wonderful supermarket on the corner has almost everything you will need.
We didn’t realise the pool was not able to be heated, so although the weather was great, it was too cold to use the pool which was disappointing.
We couldn’t recommend this villa more! It is absolutely beautiful, in a safe and quiet area with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the sea front, shops, restaurant and bars and the walk is scenic. The villa is a great size for two couples or a family, with air con in the bedrooms, perfect for the heat in August. The villa and pool is well kept, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with ample flowers and greenery, a bbq/pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of comfy places to sit and sunbathe! The villa is easy to find and checking in and out was simple. The host, was fab - very attentive, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. It is probably the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning!!

A lovely villa in an idyllic valley, still close to Pollenca and all its amenities. The pool was terrific and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
We stayed there for our Easter break with our 2 young children. The apartment was as per pictures. Situated a stone throw from a beautiful beach. Puerto Pollensa and supermarkets only 10 minute drive away.
