As you arrive at the property, you are greeted by a massive wooden door that leads you to the first floor. Here, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, a kitchen island with bar stools, and a dining table for 8 people, all offering stunning sea views. The comfortable living room also provides access to the balcony, perfect for enjoying the breathtaking surroundings.
The first floor features a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a shower and double sinks, and access to the balcony. There is also a separate toilet on this floor for added convenience.
Descending to the ground floor, you will find three additional king-size bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. One of these bathrooms includes both a bath and a shower, while the other two are equipped with showers and double sinks. All ground floor bedrooms offer access to an elegant terrace, where the focal point is the private heated outdoor pool (25 m²) and an outdoor shower.

A Wonderful Stay in Mallorca! We had an amazing time staying at this beautiful property in Mallorca! Myself and a bunch of friends have just had an incredible stay at this villa. The setting is absolutely stunning, the Villa itself is utterly beautiful and the location is perfect, right in the middle of Pollenca town and the port.We had the most amazing week and simply did not want to leave. We loved it.
Great stay in this traditional house, simple and pleasant at the same time . We quickly disconnected thanks to the calm of the garden , visits to the sheep of the field next door...the rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning ( I am not a fan of air conditioning but unfortunately it is the only way to ensure a good night in summer).the pool is large in a very maintained garden... The bonus being the pool towels provided by the host. We enjoyed it . The manager is very responsive! Really nice week with the family ,very relaxing go there with your eyes closed:-)
Great location near some beautiful beaches. Spacious and clean. Air con was great. Very well equipped kitchen. Beds comfy. Especially liked the art which was a nice touch. There was nothing we didn't like. If I was being very picky we would have liked some extra pillows. However we didn't ask for any, I'm sure if we had someone would have got us some because everyone we met around the property was incredibly friendly and helpful.
Beautiful spacious villa. Lovely pool and fantastic outside area. Clean with lovely clean towels and bed linen. Generous welcome pack. Pollenca is beautiful, we preferred the old town to the Port. The Sunday market there is brilliant. Lovely shopping and restaurants.Palma and Soller are gorgeous places to visit.All in all a wonderful experience of Mallorca on our first visit to the island for a family holiday.Thank you so much.

We had such a lovely stay here! The villa feels so authentic and the outside area is perfect for those hot afternoons and relaxing.The kitchen is well equipped and all the rooms were good sizes.We had our daughter with us and both high chair and cot were provided with no problem.The information was provided in advance and was very in depth. Over all a fantastic stay!
Villa is fantastically beautiful! It is in a quiet area, with a car but no problem (you could also park on the property) the garden is fantastically beautiful and the villa rustically charming and very clean. The only point of criticism: Unfortunately, there was nothing about basic amenities for the kitchen (oil/spices/dishwasher) or for the washing machine and a little bit of toilet paper.But there were plenty of towels and you got new ones in between! All in all a great stay in a beautiful place to stay!

Exactly as described and on the photos - nice outdoor area and quiet surroundings. Unfortunately there were many mosquitos which made being outside difficult - this may be seasonal and it is outside the hosts control. Agent was fantastic with their communications and in helping us with fans, check-ins and the extra cot.
Beautiful place and highly recommended to anyone who is looking to unwind for a few days. The owner (Antonio) was incredibly charming and helped to make us feel right at home. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the expansive gardens/ pool area and were delighted with picking fresh lemons and other fruits growing around the property.
Great location - surrounded by nature, view on the mountains, orange and lemon trees in the garden.

Communication was good, a towel change was offered after 3/3 days.

Perfect villa, location is perfect for athletes (bike, triathlon...). The amenities are great (summer kitchen, change of towels at mid-stay, etc.)
We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you

The finca was very neat, clean and modern. Everything was there what we needed. Especially nice is the spacious outside area and the pool. Cooking together is super nice in the beautiful kitchen. The communication with the host was easy and we always received a competent answer quickly. All in all everything was very good! We had a great vacation - gladly again. Thanks a lot!
