Villa Lun boasts a generous living space of 290m², spread over two floors: the ground floor and the first floor, accommodating up to 8 guests in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. The spacious courtyard features a stunning 15x5m swimming pool, an outdoor shower, deck chairs, and a covered terrace with a dining table for 10 people, perfect for outdoor meals and relaxation.
Entering the villa’s ground floor, you are welcomed by a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room with an indoor fireplace, and a dining area with a large dining table. This floor also includes a shared bathroom with a shower and bathtub, and a room with a washing machine and cleaning utensils.
The first floor, accessible via internal stairs, houses two queen-size bedrooms and two double bedrooms, along with two shared bathrooms with showers. Additionally, a balcony with a seating area can be accessed from two of the bedrooms, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy the surrounding views.

Just returned from a week at Villa Font Llobera. The villa was absolutely stunning and extremely well equipped. The views from the pool area over the mountain and old Pollensa were amazing. The location of the villa felt very tranquil, although literally a few minutes walk to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurants.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.

A wonderful place in nature, a finca surrounded by olives and pomegranate trees. Chickens and geese in the side garden crown the noise. The pool is clean and was cleaned during the stay, the lawn mowed. The house is spacious, the kitchen impeccably equipped. The town is magical and also the sea with the beaches well accessible by car. It was perfect vacation days. Thanks
The house is in a very quiet and beautiful area, overlooking the mountains. The amenities are very good and the welcome package we got at the beginning were well taken care of. The outside area is great. There is an area where you can eat and sit very well. The pool was smaller than expected, but it's enough to cool off.We had a rental car and I would recommend that to everyone as the path to the house is a bit longer on foot.All in all, we would definitely recommend the house!

The kitchen is fully equipped, which is perfect for preparing meals for families or groups of friends. The outdoor space is well maintained and offers a pleasant space to relax. However, a downside is that the pool wasn't heated, which can be an inconvenience for those who like to swim in more temperate water. Despite this, the proximity of the villa to local shops, restaurants and attractions makes it a very convenient and pleasant place to stay.
Lovely rustic house with a beautiful garden located in a quiet area. You will need a car to get around. The house well situated for driving to both Alcúdia and Pollença.
The house meets all expectations. The equipment is excellent - everything you need is there. The garden and pool is very spacious and beautiful. All was clean- tip top. We can highly recommend the house! Also the owners were very nice and helpful!!
Perfect location for cycling holidays. We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed it a lot. We especially liked the garden with the pool and barbecue area.
We had a nice relaxing holiday. The garden is very nice and also very opaque and therefore very private. The house is secluded in a quiet area. That was just what we wanted. Check in and check out was also flexible due to the lockbox. Friendly contact. Would recommend it.
Villa is incredibly beautiful! We felt very comfortable. Surroundings are fantastic, proximity to Pollenca is really great. Had a really great time and will definitely be back. Screen on windows would be great. Because mosquitoes have it quite a lot. Otherwise everything is great :)
We went to two families with 4 young children on the last week of October 2023. The Villa is located high up and offers magnificent views on all floors, what an eye pleasure. The place is super quiet and peaceful while being close to Pollença where shopping and strolling is a real pleasure (we fell in love with this village). We took advantage of the barbecue and terrace. The most adventurous have dared the pool... The staff who maintain the place is adorable and the agency answered our two questions always quickly. Thank you
Fantastic home for a fantastic stay. We loved our time here and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time away. Top tips from us - don’t stress about parking, the roads are very narrow and parking isn’t easy so use the car park on the way in to Pollensa. It’s only a 5 minute walk and is very safe. There is a lovely bakery just 2 minute walk away on the main road in and not far from the chemist. Enjoy!
Easy booking experience, good instructions to get to property. Spotless inside. Towels for both shower and for pool. Welcome pack was very useful as we arrived late on a Sunday night. Pool was clean. Great location, 17 mins walk to town centre. Very quiet location. Will almost certainly be back.

Very nice house with perfectly maintained garden and pool. The location is quite rural, so expect the sounds of dogs, chickens and donkeys. The mattresses could be harder and are sagging a bit in the middle.
