Guests are welcomed into the villa through fragrant Mediterranean gardens and a tucked-away terrace lounge with a barbecue and heated pool. The ground floor has an open-concept kitchen, dining and living area and the upper level has four bedrooms.
The unique villa comes with roof terrace where you can relax and enjoy the panoramic views of beautiful Dubrovnik. This luxury villa can comfortably fit 8 guests, with pull out sofas accommodating 4 more. Ground Floor, The modern ground floor is an airy, bright L-shaped space. To the right, a spacious living room is decorated with quirky furnishings and a large TV. To the left there is a fully furnished kitchen with state of the art appliances which allow you to feel at home with home cooking. In the middle of the room, bathed in daylight, it a large wooden dining table that can comfortably seat 12 guests. A private chef is available on request.First Floor, On the first floor there are four double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a private balcony.
