This is a beautiful spacious villa, well cared for and with the advantage of having a fully equipped annex available as an extra.
The villa has 4 bedrooms all with air conditioning. There are also 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave and all the utensils you would expect to find. The living dining area is spacious and comfortable. The villa also has Wifi internet connection.
The outside areas are equally impressive offering ample space, a play area for children, large lawn area and a 11x4,5m swimming pool. The villa has large covered terraces which are furnished, an ideal place to relax in the shade.
There is a brick built barbecue for al fresco dining. The annex to the main house has its own open kitchen, lounge area, double bedroom and full bathroom. Outside it has its own covered terrace area. Should you wish to include the annex for your party, the maximum occupancy would be 10 persons and would be a 20% increase on the advertised price for the villa.

Brilliant stay from start to finish. Hosts were really helpful with our questions before travel. On arrive the villa was spotless and the owner and his son were very friendly and helpful. The outside area is beautiful lots of shady space to sit outside and the children loved the play area and space to run around. The pool is amazing and kept very clean throughout the stay. We ate some lovely meals in Puerto Pollensa a 10 minute drive. A brilliant holiday we didn’t went to leave!

Great Villa, great location. Big pool. Advice for future guests, keep the kitchen as clean as possible as the ants are attracted to even wet pans/washing up soap.Overall would 100% recommend.
Nice stay at Can Barre. 7 adults Spent most the week in the nice size garden / terrace area and Pool.Villas also a nice size for 8 or 10 people. Annex looked big having a peek in the window. Kitted out fairly well for big cooks and bbq's.Villa in a Quiet, remote area. Didn't get a hire car so opted for taxis all week .Maybe 2 of the 10 we called out took more than 30mins, ride takes 15mins tops. Getting back, never a wait at the ranks in pollenca / acudia.Helps having the villa position on Gmaps ready for the driver. Zero critter / ant issues taking them every 2 days. 2 alright hairdryers supplied atm. Really easy, relaxing holiday all in all with no hidden surprises.
Super nice villa with a very nicely maintained garden. Perfect size for two families with children as the bedrooms and two bathrooms are divided on two levels.Great kitchen and super BBQ in the outdoor area.
Very good location if you have a car. Pool size is very good. Very solid choice for a group of 6 to 8 people. It is 10 min drive to many good spots however, walking could be a bit challenging.

We loved our stay at Can Barretes. This is the 3rd villa we’ve stayed at in north Mallorca and we all agreed it’s been our favourite. The villa is just perfectly set up - lovely pool, outdoor seating positioned facing it but with welcome shade, all facilities you need inside. And all within easy drive of Pollenca / Alcúdia.Thanks for a great stay!
We were super satisfied with the villa and would always book it again. The garden was the absolute highlight, incredibly well maintained and really beautifully landscaped. Here, the children could also play very well incl. Small playground in the shade. The house is very spacious and super divided. Living and sleeping area is separated from each other. A magnificent terrace facing sunrise complete the whole. Everything you need for a great cozy stay is available.

Very beautiful and quiet.
We couldn’t recommend this villa more! It is absolutely beautiful, in a safe and quiet area with stunning views and a fantastic swimming pool. It is only a 10/15 minute walk to the sea front, shops, restaurant and bars and the walk is scenic. The villa is a great size for two couples or a family, with air con in the bedrooms, perfect for the heat in August. The villa and pool is well kept, very clean and the furniture is comfortable. The outdoor space is beautiful with ample flowers and greenery, a bbq/pizza oven, ping pong table and plenty of comfy places to sit and sunbathe! The villa is easy to find and checking in and out was simple. The host, was fab - very attentive, friendly, welcoming and easy to contact. It is probably the nicest villa we have ever stayed in and we will definitely be returning!!

A beautiful villa in a peaceful area. The photos did not do the place justice, as it was a lot bigger in person. The garden area was stunning. Antonia was a great host, she was really helpful and very responsive. We would 100% stay again.
Overall the villa was perfectly located for a family. A 15 minute drive to playa de muro which boasts one of Mallorca's loveliest beaches, 10 minute drive to Pollença old town which has a lot of rich history and beautiful architecture to offer and 15 minutes to port de Pollença which is great for dinners and has a bustling evening scene. In terms of the villa itself, it did not disappoint - just like the photos showed on the website. The pool side lounge chairs were extremely comfy as were the living area sofas. The only downside were that the beds were creaky and not that comfortable which is why I wouldn't rate this villa 5/5 stars. But everything else was fantastic and we would return in a heartbeat.
Very nicely located, in the heart of Pollença, next to a nice park and short walks from all the restaurants and cafes. The house is lovely, top notch Wi-Fi, very clean and nicely furnished. Master bedroom and en-suite bathroom were better than many hotel penthouse suites. We spent many afternoons enjoying the roof terrace. The kitchen was the best equipped I have ever seen. I wish my house was like this one.

Perfect private family get away, in beautiful surroundings. Lovely private location but only a 5 minute drive to the main town. the grounds and pool were wonderful. It’s a little outdated inside but we did like the traditional feel.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Tolles Anwesen mit guter Ausstattung. Altagsgegenstände müssen in großen Mengen gekauft werden und meist bleibt am Ende viel übrig zum wegwerfen. Gewürze, Spülmittel/Waschmittel für Waschmaschine/Spülmaschine sollten Teil der Ausstattung sein. Die Betten sind sehr weich.

The situation of the villa is brilliant: peaceful and quiet. It is set in a valley between two mountains and surrounded by farmland. There is a road running through the valley but it is quite far from the villa and the noise from traffic is minimal. The only other noise is the tinkling of goat and sheep bells which is lovely. The villa is very well equipped. There is a wonderful huge covered patio with a large table with eight chairs. The pool is excellent. Very clean and very pretty. There is another large garden table there with eight garden chairs and there are eight sun-loungers. The built-in BBQ by the pool is excellent. The villa is a couple of miles from the resort of Cala San Vincent which is pretty but very crowded and the beaches are mainly shingle and rock. We only went there once. The rest of the time we went to Puerto de Pollenca which is only a ten-minute drive away and has a fantastic, huge sandy beach and loads of good restaurants.
Reply: Thanks for the review, there are 3 sandy beaches at Cala Sant Vincent, 2 which cannot be seen from the road, the 4th cove at the very end is only rocks.

Carpe Diem is a beautiful place with outstanding views. The style of the place is elegant and simple with quality furniture - just the way we like it. The host is easy to communicate with and did everything to make our stay nice. The location is very good, only a few km from Port Pollenca in a very quiet neighborhood away from the hustle in town.
