Villa agreable propre et pacieuse dans un belle environement litteries corrects les salles de bains sont biens le wifi un peut aleatoire la 4g dans la maison ne passe pas li faut se raprocher de la route pour avoir du reseau la cuisine estgrande et parfaitement equipe les terrasses ont des vue superbes sur les montagnes et la campagne environantes nous avons passe une excellente semaine.

The property has a beautiful backdrop with the mountains just behind. Perfect view at a breakfast or late night on one of the two patios. The living room and dining room are a big part of the home, but the bedrooms are relatively small. The kitchen is functional and fresh. The internet access was around 7 Mbit when we stayed there, which was not optimal, but manageable. Rural setting with cradled roosters and barking dogs in the house next door become a natural alarm clock. Easy to park. We had two nice weeks.

Great location if you are looking to relax, peace and quiet. Pollença is really nice and nicely connected to other areas. It has a lot of local hidden gems, so do not hesitate on asking locals where to go.

House that matches its description, ideal location to visit the island! Spacious, a large garden filled with orange trees and lemon trees. We have 3 toddlers and the place was ideal. As read in previous reviews it is true that the neighbors' dogs bark regularly ( but that didn't really bother us) , there is a rooster too. I want to note that the place is extremely clean and the hosts have thought of everything! All you have to do is enjoy!

Lovely, well kept Villa in a very quiet location. Beautiful garden area with a great view of the mountains. It’s about 2km out of the town so you need to be prepared for a fair (but very pleasant!) walk if you don’t want to drive in the evenings. Had a great time. Thank you.

The space is spacious for a family of five and as described. It is well located but I recommend a car. The lockbox is convenient to arrive and leave the listing at any time when you have a plane that takes off or lands in the night.
The garden in April is beautiful with lemon trees and orange trees full of fruit. There are also beautiful olive trees and other fruit trees.

My family of five have just returned after a weeks stay at Villa Can Boi.The flexible check in was convenient, as we arrived at the villa after dark but didn't require the host to let us in.The Villa has lots of seating options outside, surrounded by an orchard of fruit trees. Also spacious inside, I liked the traditional look of the building and decor.There are two bathrooms/shower rooms inside which was convenient with three children, as well as an outside shower room.All the air conditioning units in the bedrooms worked very well and I the bed I slept in was more comfortable than at home.Pollenca is a charming town, with lots of character, history, restaurants and services. The Villa is about a 25min walk from the main square at the centre, which might be too far for some. We walked in but mainly chose to drive, as parking was fairly easy and free, as well as driving to beaches and into the mountains.The wifi wasnt great but the Villa was a great base for our holiday.

Very confortable house in a beautiful garden. The place is very quiet and relaxing. It is countryside but close to shops and beaches (you need a car though). The house is well equipped for a perfect stay. Nice terraces around the house, large barbecue allow to really enjoy the ouside. And last but not least Luna, the cat of the house is very great host ;)

We had a wonderful time at the villa. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac surrounded by a big garden. You can relax and listen to the bird chirping. Thanks to the four terrace, you will always find a place in the sun or in the shade, depending on what you like. The brick barbecue is also great. The kitchen equipment leaves no wishes open. The villa was super clean and the bed very comfortable. We would spend our vacation here again any time. You are in 5 minutes in Pollenca and in 10 minutes on the beach.

This house is wonderful to relax and unwind. View of the mountains, the orange and lemon grove. Close to beautiful hiking tours made, where we discovered quiet beaches. Pollenca is also a cozy town.

Villa is not centrally located. Nevertheless, you have good opportunities to go shopping (Lidl is only a few meters away). A beautiful quiet area, where you also have your peace but can still see a lot. Communication was great because the company was always easily accessible! Can highly recommend the villa. Rather suitable for good weather, as the entrance is not as cozy as you imagine at a villa. Nevertheless, good bedrooms and a living room to sit together.

The fantastic location of this villa is its main selling point. You can walk to the beach or the main square within a few minutes, and there is a small supermarket a few doors away. Bigger shops are about 5 minutes’ walk. The small pool is ideal for young children or for cooling off – it is definitely colder than the sea!

We found the property to be generally clean although there was a small piece of broken glass on the floor in the kitchen area. The air conditioning worked well when needed and the other utilities (dishwasher and washing machine) were very useful.

Our hosts were friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay. The area around Pollenca is so wonderful and the finca was perfect for us. Amazing terrace / pool area and very well equipped kitchen. Definitely worth a longer stay!

Cala Sant Vincenç is definetly a hidden gem in Mallorca. Private beaches. Would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends or anyone who is interested in stay in a meaningful place.

The property was absolutely amazing, the house its self was massive and could hold plenty more people. The kitchen was great, bedroom and bathrooms brilliant.The location was perfect, a 20 minute walk to centre of Polenca. Great beaches nearby and many amenities. The pool was great, however could do with some TLC. The patio around the pool is really rough and course and not very nice to walk on, I would go as far to say it hurts your feet, the pool had some broken tiles that could do with repairing and we were there for 12 nights and the pool was not cleaned once, we had to two maids throughout the stay come and they cleaned the bathrooms and bedding but lack of care when it came to the pool.

Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.

We had a wonderful week at the finca. It is a very quiet location, surrounded by sheep, goats and olive trees. With great panoramic mountain views. Nevertheless, the supermarkets (Lidl/Eroski) are only 5 minutes by car. Pollenca is also very quick to reach. The house is very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, even more. The beds are comfortable and the air conditioning can also be used as heating if necessary. The pool is wonderful. The finca can only be recommended.

We had a lovely stay at this villa, the pool was amazing as was the outside area, it was a very hot week so used the shaded areas and outside kitchen a great deal! So glad we had air conditioning in our bedrooms as it was quite unbearable at night with the heat. Facilities were great, plenty of towels, coffee machine, outdoor fridge/ freezer dishwasher/ shower etc. The welcome pack was very handy as we arrived late due to a delayed flight. Stand out part of the stay were the beautiful surroundings, the gardens and the amazing mountains. I will miss standing on the balcony with my coffee and taking in the views.

Pollenca is a beautiful area to stay in Majorque between sea and mountains. The house is nicely set in a quiet and beautiful area with nice surroundings garden and pool. The pool is not warmed so although we hoped to enjoy it in October it is really too cold to do that. The inside of the house is rather simple and practical but don’t expect state of the art kitchen , bathroom or beds . Overall we have a good experience and the host was super easy to reach and talk to.

Very nice large house with great pool and well-kept garden. Perfect for big families or friends to sit together and grill comfortably.Don't forget mosquito spray;)For shopping and exploring the island I recommend a rental car.Smooth process with the owners, key handover, etc.Would book there again anytime.

This villa is absolutely brilliant for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The pool is amazing (cold getting in but doesn't take long to get used to it). Plenty of towels ect and also all the basics of you want to cook. It has a lovely BBQ which worked very well. All round an absolutely lovely place to stay but make sure you hire a car. Cannot fault this place at all, the only one thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent and some scented candles. As I said this is nothing to do with the villa just some general advice.

The house was even nicer live than in the photos and exceeded our expectations. Very modern clean and furnished with taste. Would definitely return.

This villa is perfect for having your own slice of peace and quiet on holiday. Located off the main street, you are not overlooked at all and have the beautiful scenery surrounding you. Old town Pollenca is just a 15/20 minute walk. Would recommend the use of a car to have to ability to explore the island, the beaches, and head into Palma. The ability to have your own pool without having to share as you would do in a hotel is bliss. Inside the villa is spacious and does remain cool throughout the day if you keep windows shut, and at the night the aircon is just heaven to keep the bedroom cool. I deducted one star, there were a few areas that needed slightly more attention in the kitchen. But aside from that no complaints. Would definitely recommend.

The villa was as described; very clean, good facilities including wifi, lots of kitchen items, utensils and cooking facilities, very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Couple of cons; it was quite difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived and we were plagued by mosquitos. So take a good sat nav or phone maps and insect repellent!

Very nice, clean and quiet house in driving distance from Alcudia and Pollenca. Great place for a family to relax - also great for smaller children.
