Outside, there is a pleasant shaded terrace with fantastic views of the mountains and the fenced swimming pool whilst around the front of the villa, across the courtyard, the barbecue house provides a great spot for the evening, al fresco dining.
A great property if you are looking for a villa to rent in Pollensa with a large private pool. The swimming pool is 10m x 5m and has the benefit of a fence to keep the little ones safe. Fence can be erected or taken down on request.

We had a great week staying in this property just outside Pollensa. All descriptions were accurate and all amenities provided. The finca is well maintained and the gardens lovely with lots of spots for relaxing. It was really useful to have plenty local information provided in advance. Pollensa is such a beautiful place and having been several times it never disappoints. The Sunday market is a must.
Lovely, spacious traditional Mallorcan finca
A beautiful spacious farmhouse set in pretty tranquil gardens, with lovely pool and fantastic mountain views. The property has been refurbished to a very high standard with all the amenities you could wish for and spotlessly clean. This is a relaxing place to holiday away from the crowds but within walking distance of pretty Old Town Pollensa and its many restaurants cafes and Sunday Market. A wonderful stay, can't praise it or the owners enough. Thank you.

Lovely finca that was the perfect place for us as a family! The kids loved the fenced pool, the garden and the sheep behind the house :-) We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and interesting sights to visit. We decided to come back next year because we liked it so much. Thanks a lot!
Can Pontico is a great house. It worked really well for two families - one family upstairs and one family located on the ground floor. Everything was provided and we didn't miss anything - the kitchen is well equipped / each bedroom has a very good aircon unit / bathrooms are very good. The house is located close to the supermarkets / beaches / walks etc. We didn't have to travel far and we spend many days exploring some amazing places / sites / etc. We had two 5 year old kids with us and they loved the pool even though they couldn't stand in the the shallow end. Enjoy your stay.

A lovely villa in an idyllic valley, still close to Pollenca and all its amenities. The pool was terrific and the beds very comfortable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.
The villa is in a fantastic location and the pool was a good size and cleaned regularly by the friendly owner. Would definitely recommend this villa and it’s easy to get to lots of places from it. John D

This property is absolutely amazing. The location is perfect (just minutes away from gorgeous beaches and the Pollenca town), the views are incredible and the house is absolutely gorgeous. I traveled with my parents, wife and 3 babies and couldn’t ask for a better place to stay. The place is beautiful, the garden amazing and the pool super clean. The owners are super kind and helpful. We ended up extending our stay since we had such an amazing time.

This Villa is on the outskirts of Pollença, but in an amazingly picturesque, quiet location. The Villa has many great touches and we quickly settled in and thought of it as home. Well worth considering for a family stay out of town and with all you’ll need to entertain.
Lovely to be back here again
Our second stay at Can Pontico with our family including two little grandsons aged 2 and 5. It was just as lovely as we all remembered it to be. Everything was spotlessly clean as before. We chose this villa mainly because the pool is fenced and the garden is level with lovely lawned areas that have plenty of welcome shade. Also the entrance gates prevent small children from getting out so they could be free to explore and play. This villa is in a peaceful, rural location surrounded by stunning mountains, yet only about a 10 or 15 minute drive to some lovely beaches. Juan, the owner, came up every couple of days to service the pool and check everything was ok. It was so nice to see him again. I hope it won’t be too long before we’re back!!

Blissful getaway
We stayed at Can Pontico for two weeks in August; two families with children from 10-12. The villa was fantastic for this as there are two separate spaces - one upstairs and one downstairs- each with its own bathroom with a shower in each. The main appeal for us was the stunning location. The views of mountains from all sides made it a really picturesque and relaxing stay. The pool was a great size and a real hit with the kids. The terrace off the kitchen overlooks the pool and mountains and we spent most of our time here. The owner, Juan, was there every few days to clean the pool. He is a wonderful, welcoming person. We visited the amazing spectacle of La Patrona festival, and by pure coincidence found ourselves outside his town house in Pollensa. Juan and his wife insisted we come inside to watch from an upstairs window, giving us all food and drinks. We were very glad to be inside when the crowds and noise became so crazy that we feared we might be crushed! The festival is an amazing week-long celebration at the start of August each year- we’d really recommend it. Beautiful Pollensa was a 35 minute walk away. After a week, we found the safe route to walk ( the main road is not safe!) We thought it would have been helpful to have an information book in the Villa, detailing this walk and other places to visit. Other info such as rubbish disposal, linen change etc would have been helpful. Having said that, any questions we had were quickly answered by Vida Villas or Juan. We visited Cala Saint Vincent- great for snorkelling, the caves at Campanet and the beautiful Pine Walk in Puerto Pollensa. The Sunday Market in Pollensa is fantastic for food and crafts. Overall a wonderful holiday in a fantastic location- we’d love to return!

We had a lovely time at this villa in Pollensa. Juan was on hand if we needed him to explain anything to us and make recommendations as was Colin from Vida Villas. The villa was very clean when we arrived The house was very comfortable the pool worked very well , the kids loved it and the fence gave us peace of mind. Our second stay in two years. We love this house. It was ideal for 3 boys under ten and we enjoyed seeing the owner again.
Lovely spacious and spotlessly clean villa. Very clean and well maintained pool. Peaceful location but close to amenities and short drive to beach. We would definitely go back again!
We had a very enjoyable stay at the villa, the house was comfortable and well equipped and has been decorated very tastefully. It felt very private yet within easy reach of the supermarket, town and beaches. The children really enjoyed seeing the animals around the finca and the pool was great, lovely views from the pool area too and lovely to sit outside for meals and a barbecue. The owners were very friendly and shared with us fruit, vegetables, and took time to show the children the animals.
The villa was really lovely, well equipped & tranquil. We really enjoyed the beautiful gardens, the character and the style of the accommodation

Fantastic, romantic garden with several enchanting terraces and a wonderfully large pool and a sweet old finca. Beautiful location in the middle of wide fields and yet in in port Pollenca or Pollença .We stayed there in August and were almost tempted to spend most of our time in this little paradise.

This villa is absolutely brilliant for a quiet holiday in the countryside. The pool is amazing (cold getting in but doesn't take long to get used to it). Plenty of towels ect and also all the basics of you want to cook. It has a lovely BBQ which worked very well. All round an absolutely lovely place to stay but make sure you hire a car. Cannot fault this place at all, the only one thing I would say is buy some mosquito repellent and some scented candles. As I said this is nothing to do with the villa just some general advice.
This is an exceptional villa in a lovely part of Majorca. The inside is very large with great areas to hang out and a very well equipped kitchen. Also, the sleeping areas are nicely (and very importantly) air conditioned. Its also great as the sleeping areas are effectively split in two, one area up one flight of stairs and the other up a different flight. This makes it perfect for two families as it gives them a bit of privacy with their own bathrooms etc. The outside is equally great. A lovely pool with a whole host of seating options around and about and even a table tennis table (although it was a bit too hot for us to manage much use of that). All in all, a great villa and I wouldn't hesitate to return.

Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

The villa is conveniently located and beautiful, but on narrow roads. The kitchen is very well equipped. Food for breakfast was also provided. Everything was very clean. Since we had cooler weather, it was a little damp and cool in the house at the beginning. However, we were provided on request immediately a gas heater for the bathroom. The terrace, the garden and the pool are wonderful and in bathing weather this must be a dream. We were a little surprised that there is no air conditioning in the living room (but we would have needed it only for heating). But all in all wonderful, we can recommend the villa without hesitation.

The location and facilities in this property are second to none. It's great for visiting the beautiful old town of Pollensa and then escaping the heat by relaxing by the pool in peace and quiet. It's an old property with multiple levels and some steep stairs so may not suit everyone.
Quiet villa in the countryside with very good facilities and an optimal starting point for excursions to the sea or to the Serra de Tramuntana.To get to the house, there are numerous opportunities to settle down comfortably and enjoy the sun of Mallorca. The roof terrace is great for a breakfast in the morning sun or a sunset drink. Kitchen was well equipped with pots, pans and dishes. In the outside there is a cottage with a grill and a washing machine.At the beginning of the season in mid-March, the unheated pool was still very refreshing, a bathing pleasure will probably only be in the summer. The shower's hot water supply was a bit unreliable, there may have been a technical defect. Electric heaters in the house were kept in sufficient quantity and strength.

Tolles, modernes Haus. - Sauber und gepflegt. - Super Service (schnell und freundlich) in Notsituation (Verlust Schlüssel) - Pool haben wir eigentlich nicht genutzt, ist kindersicher abgesperrt. - Dachterrasse (Meerblick) morgens und abends eine Wucht - waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern 10 Tage dort Haben jetzt schon mehrere Häuser angemietet- das war eins der Besten!
