We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.

Great Villa, everything new and nicely decorated. Good beds, linens and great kitchen. Cleaning to a high standard. Lounge was very comfortable which is good in the spring and autumn when you are not outside as much. 15 min walk to the old town. The pool is set away from the house in peaceful setting but not in view from the houses which for some may need consideration. House very secluded and great to have the tennis court too. We were 4 adults and it was perfect. Would book again.
Me and my friends enjoyed the stay. The house is located in a very nice neighbourhood next to the mountains surrounded by nature.It was very clean and the property was bigger as expected. The owner provides you with Tennis and table-tennis equipment.

We had an amazing stay. It is a beautiful, clean, modern villa set in massive, well-maintained grounds.The villas itself is well laid out, with modern air conditioning in all the rooms. The furniture is all comfortable and clean.We loved the pool and the surround, despite the funny shape. Was great having access to the tennis court and the table tennis table, with all the bats, rackets and balls provided by the hosts.Would 100% recommend this property and would return tomorrow given the chance.
The villa is very nicely located at the foot of the mountains and you really have your peace on the large property. The pool is very nicely landscaped and looked perfectly maintained. Also with 6 people the house would not be overcrowded, but I would rather recommend 4. You can reach Pollenca in a few minutes by car, where you can buy everything. The grounds are somewhat densely planted and there are, for example, many birds there. The equipment of the house is very good, everything looks modern and clean. I can recommend it.
The villa was as described; very clean, good facilities including wifi, lots of kitchen items, utensils and cooking facilities, very peaceful and quiet, with beautiful surroundings. We really enjoyed our stay and were very comfortable. Couple of cons; it was quite difficult to find in the dark when we first arrived and we were plagued by mosquitos. So take a good sat nav or phone maps and insect repellent!

Das Haus liegt in einer schönen und ruhigen Umgebung, nicht allzu weit vom Strand. Zumindest zu Beginn unseres Urlaubs konnten wir noch Pool und Meer genießen, auch wenn unser erstes Ziel die Berge der Tramuntana waren.
Das Haus war groß genug für unsere Gruppe, verfügt über eine sehr schöne Küche und bietet auch bei gelegentlichem Regen über genügend Comfort zum Erholen. Sehr erfreulich waren auch die unproblematische Schlüsselübergabe und die Zugangsbeschreibung.
We very much enjoyed our stay. It is beautifully situated with a lot of privacy, but still a short drive from Pollenca and Puerto Pollenca. The pool was wonderful as was the outside space in general. The accommodation is spacious and clean and it's a perfect location for any families wanting to space and privacy to relax. Whilst we were there there was major storms on the island, which meant that we lost internet and the pool became full of debris - out of control for the owner - but the next day the pool was cleared and the issues rectified speedily, which is what you want. The hosts were responsive with any questions.
What a great villa. Situated on a narrow street in the heart of the old town it could not be more convenient for bars and restaurants,and a great base for cycling and exploring the island by bus. The management team were really impressive- very flexible with our check in and responded rapidly to fix a few minor glitches which I reported (eg replaced a broken coffee machine with a brand new one within hours)The welcome pack of food and drinks was the best we have ever seen and very much appreciated. Beautiful villa with plenty of space indoor and out to relax and socialise. I would highly recommend

The house is well furnished with everything you could need. We didn’t walk into Pollença but it would take 20 mins. Great location for exploring the gorgeous island. Stunning backdrop of the Tramuntana mountains.

The location of the villa on a small, very low-traffic street was nice. The large kitchen-living room is also nice. Overall it was a nice stay.
This is a lovely property set on a quiet road but close to everything in the town. The interior was clean and comfortable with lots of storage and air con in the bedrooms. The outside areas are beautiful with room to spread about, whether it’s for sunbathing, reading, eating and socialising. The pool is such a bonus. Host was very helpful and responsive. A fantastic holiday, thank you!
Our stay in the villa was great. The property is large and offers lots of common areas to spend time with the closest ones. Everything was clean and if there was the slightest problem the host took action immediately. The location of the house and garden offers absolute privacy and is perfect for people who like to be surrounded by greenery and love peace and quiet. We would definitely come back here again!

Beautiful place in a perfect location. And they provided a crib and highchair for my baby. Things to note are the water is not potable so you'll need to buy water for drinking, etc. Only 1 roll of toilet paper is provided. You'll also need to purchase any coffee, oil, salt, etc. you might need.
Very nice house set back from Pollenca that allows you to visit the North of the island very easily. The environment and the house are very nice. Perfect.
The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.
Everything was just perfect! Beautiful rooms, lots of space if you travel with a big group, comfortable beds, charming bathrooms… The location is to dream of. Calm, private with a stunning view and a beautiful garden and pool area. Thanks so much for this beautiful week…
We had a wonderful quiet week in quiet surroundings. During the day you can hear a few cars from the street, but that doesn't bother you and at night it is super quiet. We didn't miss anything! Thank you!
Very large and perfect for a group of 5. The pool right outside the terrace is also totally practical if you need a cooling down again after the sea.We were very positively surprised by the number of toilets (3 pieces).The contact was totally smooth and we were even able to get into the accommodation a little earlier than planned. Also that we were not quite on time at check-out was no problem for the owners.A top accommodation I highly recommend it if you are looking for a large clean accommodation with good parking.
Great location with bus stop right outside the door for trips to other towns Spacious villa with big ensuite bedrooms. Outside space fantastic too. New sun loungers and umbrellas was good to see.Mid week clean service is nice. 2nd visit to this villa and it is a firm favourite of our family. Rattan comfy seats outside for maximum of 5 people when the villa sleeps 8, meant people had to sit on the harder chairs.

Really nice townhouse, spotlessly clean. The pool area is great, and the top level terrace is a great spot for sunbathing & sun downer drinks.Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you can need (and more!)Some of the bathrooms are a little small, but absolutely fine. Great to have the cleaners in midweek to clean & change towels. Location is really convenient, easy to stop car outside and drop cases etc. On street parking nearby. The management team are very responsive, and the welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely book again.
We love this quirkiness of this house as well as the space, equipment, aircon in the bedrooms and the pool deck / bbq area. The location is also fabulous. This is the 5th visit to Jesus and we’ve also requested 2 weeks next June also!!
10 minutes from the beach area Port de Pollenca and 10 minutes to Pollenca old town, you need a car to stay here, two beautiful locations, big on cycling as well which we didn’t know.
