Villa Canrua is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The property, of recent construction, is set on one level.
There are three large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.There is an open plan living dining area with American style kitchen. The high ceilings keep this area cool in summer and offer an abundance of light to enter the hub of this property. There is a smart TV with access to internet channels and Wifi connection.Large patio doors lead out onto the well-furnished covered terrace with barbecue.
There is also a ping pong table and docking station too for extra entertainment.
The gardens are immaculate with sun loungers for all guests around the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by open agricultural land offering peace and relaxation only a short drive from the nearest town.

We had a lovely family holiday, the host was very friendly offering fresh vegetables and fruit from his farmland. Some lovely braches to visit all within 20-30mins drive. Would definitely go back!

We had an amazing stay at this lovely finca. If you are looking for peace and quite (no neighbours) in all comfort but still close to the beach this place comes highly recommended. Owner is a lovely guy and the hosts are extremely service minded, fast in communication and do everything to make your stay perfect. All the stars from us.
Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!
Beautiful, villa in a quiet environment, in the countryside and not overlooked with views of the mountains. The outside is very well maintained with a lovely Pool. The interior is comfortable with large bedrooms and closets. Communication with hosts is easy and is very responsive to respond. The person who maintains the villa owns the adjoining garden and will be sure to offer you some of their vegetables or fruits. Ideally located north of the island, a few km from alcudia, pollenca and the beautiful chains of the tramuntana.

The accommodation was fantastic. Everything we needed was present and everything was as they described. Very happy with this stay.
We were a group of 6 friends and the finca was also perfectly equipped for that. The pool was very clean and had a comfortable temperature.Due to the quiet location and no neighbors, it also didn't bother anyone if you were a little louder yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered us fruits and vegetables from his neighbouring field.

The villa was big inside and accommodated all 6 people. The outdoor space and pool were good and enough for us all. The villa had everything we needed for our week-long stay. The bathrooms could do with updating if am honest especially one of the show heads. Aircon was on at night which was perfect. The location is just on the main road so you could hear the cars but we expected that. You could easily walk to the port/beach in 20 minutes max. The supermarket was about 10/15 mins away on foot. We all had a fab time and for the money, I cannot grumble at all.
Our third visit to Puerto Pollensa and just as great as we remember it. Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent.
Can Giroa is a fantastic villa and exceeded our expectations in every way. Close to Pollença with all it’s restaurants as well as the fantastic beaches at Cala St Vincent and Formentor. We’ll be back for sure.
We loved the modern feel to the villa. Very private and peaceful. We liked the way the pool was set out further down the garden which again added to the peacefulness. Cleaners did an excellent job as place was very clean. Bedrooms were comfortable and plenty wardrobe space. Showers were excellent. We liked it so much that my daughter and friends are booking it again next year. Ps - the coffee machine was A1. Constructive feedback would only be to say that the double room with the quirky shower and toilet which is open plan needs someone to check the waste trap on the wash hand basin as slight smell coming from this. Not a big problem and you wouldn’t notice it, if this was in a separate room but does require checking. Maybe some bleach required or there is a little gap on the waste trap that requires sealing. Otherwise perfect.
Lovely finca that was the perfect place for us as a family! The kids loved the fenced pool, the garden and the sheep behind the house :-) We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the quiet and relaxing atmosphere and the proximity to the beach, shops, restaurants and interesting sights to visit. We decided to come back next year because we liked it so much. Thanks a lot!
Great stay in this traditional house, simple and pleasant at the same time . We quickly disconnected thanks to the calm of the garden , visits to the sheep of the field next door...the rooms are spacious and all have air conditioning ( I am not a fan of air conditioning but unfortunately it is the only way to ensure a good night in summer).the pool is large in a very maintained garden... The bonus being the pool towels provided by the host. We enjoyed it . The manager is very responsive! Really nice week with the family ,very relaxing go there with your eyes closed:-)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille chez Colin. La maison est très spacieuse, ainsi que la piscine qui est très agréable. Elle est bien située pour découvrir le nord de l'Ile. Les plages sont accessibles en quelques minutes en voiture. Nous conseillons la maison sans hésitation.
We had a great family holiday with Colin. The house is very spacious, as is the swimming pool which is very nice. It is well located for exploring the north of the island. The beaches can be reached in a few minutes by car. We recommend the house without hesitation.
Great holiday in October
We really enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We went the first week in Oct and had the little beach to ourselves for the first half of the week. Some very kind previous tenants left a couple of balls and bucket and spade which were made good use of and returned. Also there was a beach umbrella and some books and dvds in the apartment which were a nice surprise. The only negative comment I have is that the WiFi reception isn't great and we found it a bit frustrating. Other than that we were a stones throw from the beech and town and would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay if you have young kids or are older as its very quiet and close to all amenities.
Managers Response: WiFi now works from a different type of connection and is very good.
Great location very close to the beach, despite several other apartments in the complex and good road access very quiet. The bedrooms and bathrooms are relatively small, but very well maintained and nice. The highlights are the stylish living area with a well-equipped kitchen and the two huge balconies. The pool is of course nice as well, but you practically do not need it at the beach. The free parking spaces at the house are a plus! Absolutely no negative points, everything was great! Only one suggestion for improvement: it would be great if the bedrooms had mosquito nets in front of the balcony doors, so that you could leave the windows open even at night. But it is not mandatory, since the whole house is air conditioned.

Nice short break
We enjoyed a short break here, villa was lovely, clean with plenty of towels provided. It was too cold to use the pool but the outside areas are well maintained and we did enjoy eating lunch on the terrace, nice views of the mountains. Walked into the old town which took around 20 minutes. Would return and recommend to others.

Quietly located finca with extensive grounds without direct visual contact to neighboring neighbors. The house and garden were very clean and welcoming. Except for the announced dishwasher, we found everything we needed.Sufficiently clean laundry incl. Hand soap, dishwashing utensils, etc.The service on site was very pleasant and friendly.
This place is awesome. Nice big pool and outside area with an amazing view, especially from the rooftop patio. The pictures don’t do it justice! Perfect place for holidays.

Thank you for our lovely stay in Tintorer, an older more traditional Spanish villa. Everyone we contacted or met were helpful and flexible, especially as we had additional needs for our baby granddaughter. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket ( and the nearest recycling!) and 20 minutes from the seafront. Its rural setting beneath the dramatic backdrop of hills and surrounded by trees, flowers, birds and horses added to the pleasures of staying there. We had a thunderstorm during our stay with a major dump of Sahara sand, however the maintenance person made an extra visit to clean the pool - thank you.If you are looking for a modern flashy villa then this is not for you. If you like character then it may be what you are looking for.
