Villa Canrua is located in a quiet rural setting on the outskirts of Sa Pobla. The property, of recent construction, is set on one level.
There are three large bedrooms, one double with en-suite and two twin bedrooms with a shared shower room.
All of the bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.There is an open plan living dining area with American style kitchen. The high ceilings keep this area cool in summer and offer an abundance of light to enter the hub of this property. There is a smart TV with access to internet channels and Wifi connection.Large patio doors lead out onto the well-furnished covered terrace with barbecue.
There is also a ping pong table and docking station too for extra entertainment.
The gardens are immaculate with sun loungers for all guests around the swimming pool. The villa is surrounded by open agricultural land offering peace and relaxation only a short drive from the nearest town.

We had a lovely family holiday, the host was very friendly offering fresh vegetables and fruit from his farmland. Some lovely braches to visit all within 20-30mins drive. Would definitely go back!
An amazing property, in a beautiful and peaceful location - it was the perfect setting for our 2023 family holiday.The property was clean, well appointed and offered everything that you need to navigate the beautiful island of Mallorca.
We had an amazing stay at this lovely finca. If you are looking for peace and quite (no neighbours) in all comfort but still close to the beach this place comes highly recommended. Owner is a lovely guy and the hosts are extremely service minded, fast in communication and do everything to make your stay perfect. All the stars from us.

Beautiful house in a very quiet location. The host is very friendly and accommodating. For example, you can rob your vegetable garden next door for cooking. Well suited as a base for cycling training camp!
Beautiful, villa in a quiet environment, in the countryside and not overlooked with views of the mountains. The outside is very well maintained with a lovely Pool. The interior is comfortable with large bedrooms and closets. Communication with hosts is easy and is very responsive to respond. The person who maintains the villa owns the adjoining garden and will be sure to offer you some of their vegetables or fruits. Ideally located north of the island, a few km from alcudia, pollenca and the beautiful chains of the tramuntana.

The accommodation was fantastic. Everything we needed was present and everything was as they described. Very happy with this stay.
We were a group of 6 friends and the finca was also perfectly equipped for that. The pool was very clean and had a comfortable temperature.Due to the quiet location and no neighbors, it also didn't bother anyone if you were a little louder yourself. The host was very friendly and helpful. He also offered us fruits and vegetables from his neighbouring field.
Totally beautiful finca, with a beautiful garden. We really enjoyed our vacation and would be happy to come back.

We spent 9 wonderful days at the Villa. This is located outside Pollensa amidst nature, surrounded by small farming, orange and olive trees, overlooking the foothills of the Serra de Tramuntana and the local mountain Puig de Maria.The house itself is comfortably furnished, very clean, with living/dining area, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom.The bed in the bedroom is about 160 cm wide and slightly shorter (about 190 cm). It could be a bit scarce for tall people.Otherwise, everything is available. From washing machine to dishwasher, from Wi-Fi to AC and fan heater in cold weather, as well as an alarm system for the house.The car can be easily parked at the large property.Around the house there are many different seating options. On the small roof terrace, also ideal for drying the laundry, we usually had breakfast.The sun always shines here in the morning!Garden and pool are fantastic, there are no direct neighbors. You're on your own and have a lot of privacy.However, a car or at least bicycles are necessary, as the nearest shops or restaurants of Pollensa are not even within walking distance.At least 20 minutes walk is easy to plan for this.All in all, an ideal place for a carefree holiday away from mass tourism in the middle of the charming nature of Mallorca!

Beautiful, very beautiful decoration. Spacious spaces, with several terraces and large rooms. Kitchen very well equipped. Availability for any problem. The location is very good, close to Alcudia.
Great Spot
Thanks to Vida Villas for providing excellent service before and during our stay. Everything was as described, beautiful, clean and great location for getting to the beach and close to restaurants. We came for cycling and we had the best time, road here are absolutely first class. There is a Pizza restaurant just a minutes walk away with good food. Weather was superb, did not expect to get it so good in October. Thoroughly enjoyed it and will definitely be back next year.
Beautiful spacious villa with great outside space that kept every one entertained, the table tennis and basket ball hoop provided my adult children hours of fun! We spent all our time in the well equipped outside kitchen and by the lovely pool. Close to Pollenca old town for fabulous restaurants and shops (5 min drive away). The beaches of Port de Pollenca and Cala san Vicente are close by too. Our communication with the host and Marti (the owner) was easy and they responded to any questions very quickly. Would highly recommend this villa and we hope to be back soon!!
Pollensa is a beautiful town to base yourself in for a holiday. The villa had charm and character which we loved and made all the better by a rooftop sunbathing terrace with a truly epic view of the old town and surrounding mountains. We will be back.
Just returned from a week at Villa Font Llobera. The villa was absolutely stunning and extremely well equipped. The views from the pool area over the mountain and old Pollensa were amazing. The location of the villa felt very tranquil, although literally a few minutes walk to the main square with an abundance of bars and restaurants.
I would not hesitate to recommend this villa.
Fantastic nice and well-equipped house, there was all the kitchen equipment you could think of. Two washing machines and dishwashers helped significantly as we were 11 people. Maybe a tv upstairs would also have been desirable. Can really recommend a stay in this amazing villa.
Gorgeous villa in a great location.
We loved our stay at this beautiful villa! The outside terrace is perfect. There’s a parasol outside for shade which I don’t think was in the photos. It was definitely needed for us with having a 2year old. This place is great for families! The garden is green and lush with flowers. Everything is well maintained. I particularly liked that after 5days housekeeping came to change the towels and sheets for us. I would highly recommend staying here!
Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.

The house is located in a quiet area in the middle of nature. We really liked the outdoor spaces, the place of the barbecue and the pool. A nice and well-kept house, true to the photos we had seen.
Stunning villa in a perfect location, ideal for families and large groups. We had a wonderful time and all the Nord Villas staff were kind, helpful, efficient and friendly from first booking through to checkout. The house and garden were perfectly maintained and spotlessly clean, the pool was wonderful and we loved being able to walk 2 minutes to the beach and to a restaurant. Highly recommend. Exceptional
The villa is in a peaceful location but within a short drive you can get to the picturesque towns of Polenca and Alcudia where there are interesting places to visit plus lots of good restaurants and shops and weekly markets. The villa was a great place to stay and as a base to visit the lovely island of Mallorca.
