Can Seguirei is a traditional country house ideally located between Pollenca old town and Puerto Pollensa. The villa offers accommodation for 5 people. Inside, steps off from the living area lead down to the double bedroom with air conditioning and shared shower room. A few steps lead up to the twin bedroom with air conditioning and the single bedroom with fan. The living-dining room has a wonderful stone floor which keeps the area cool is summer months and there is also an open fireplace which can be used in the early and late season.
There is a large dining table with chairs, comfortable seating, TV and DVD in the living area and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a second shower room accessed externally. Outside Seguirei offers relaxed summer living.
Sun loungers surround the swimming pool and the gardens are very well kept. Close to the pool there is also a large BBQ area with built in grill and plenty of seating, ideal for enjoying al fresco dining. There are comfortable terrace sofas and a shady parasol should you need to take a break from the sun. A ping pong table has also been provided for our guests’ entertainment.

Very nice stay. At the foot of the Serra Tramuntana and 5 minutes from the coast. An oasis of peace with a nice swimming pool and beautiful covered terrace and BBQ. It is wonderful for beautiful summer evenings.3 nice rooms. Perfect for 5 people. What was also very nice was the 2nd bathroom close to the swimming pool. Convenient to take a quick shower there after a day at the beach or pool.

Nice villa with good space for a family of 4 with a great pool for kids with a decent size shallow area. Air conditioning to 2 of the 3 bedrooms worked well. Villa is close to Pollenca Old Town (5min drive) and Puerta Pollenca (10min drive). Towels provided and changed a couple of times during our stay which was useful. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We had a lovely stay. The pool and the barbecue area were awesome. We stayed outside most of the time and only went inside for sleeping :)
We had a fantastic stay. We booked seven nights with my wife and 1 year old and the place was perfect.Ideally located between Pollensa and Puerto de Pollensa so great for wondering around the old town but also great for heading to the beach and exploring the the coastline. The pool was also very clean and perfect for young children as there’s a shallow end that then offers steps into the deeper section of the pool. The grounds and garden and especially the BBQ area were brilliant and perfect for dining outside. I’d highly recommend staying here and we’ll hopefully return sometime soon.
We loved the tranquility of the villa and cleanliness. Swimming pool cleaned daily, great outdoor kitchen for meals, very accessible to go to Pollenca very nice seaside resort.The amenities are impeccable, the beds comfortable. Value for money was top notch. House is a bit outdated, but not bad. It's still in good shape. Everything was as described. You can hear the cars from the street, which didn't bother us. Brilliant location a very short toddle to the sea! The resort was pretty quiet in May, but there were enough shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep us fed and watered.The apartment itself was spacious, stylish, comfortable and well equipped. It had everything we needed for a family of four. We loved the balcony (the view!) and the pool was great for a quick dip. We would go back in a flash. Minor quibbles; The parking for the apartments is pretty tight, and there was no space for us when we arrived or for much of our stay. However, there is lots of on-street parking available in front of the apartments, so it wasn't a big issue. We understand the restricted hours for the pool, but it would have been lovely to have a swim at 8am or 8pm.

Had a beautiful stay here with my mother and my two children, it was a beautiful, peaceful place with all the things you could want for a peaceful vacation, 10 minutes drive into pollença and a lidl 5 minutes drive away. Clean/functional/outdoor cooking facilities as well as indoor.
The location was perfect, isolated down a very quiet road but 15 minute walk into Pollenca. The views were exceptional across open fields. The villa was very clean, nicely fitted out, lovely pool though too cold for us! Appreciated no notices telling us what we could and couldn't do.
Like a previous review stated “Overall the villa was good but a few things would have made it excellent”. We, as a group of 9 adult male cyclists, found the villa to be ideal. The outside space was great. Perfect for winding down after a day in the saddle. Inside there was plenty of room although the kitchen could get a bit crowded at times. It’s a little out of town but still only a 25 – 30 minute brisk walk. If numbers dictate I would have absolutely no hesitation in renting this villa again.

Our only criticism would be that the table tennis table was past it's best ! The villa was very well presented, spotlessly clean, and surprisingly well equipped - it even had a tea-pot! The welcome pack was probably the best and most comprehensive I've seen ! The villa is in a quiet sub-urban setting backing onto the hills. 5 mins drive to supermarkets and a 30 min walk to Pollenca centre and restaurants, across the Ponta Roma, that is pleasant enough (you might want a torch for the return journey at night). Owner was friendly. We used the small pool (late October) but the sea was warmer. Pollenca is a good base if you want to have good access to the coast without being in a coastal resort.
I booked the finca for 8 days with my wife and our son - it looked like in the photos - the location was very good, shopping such as Lidl or Eroski are only two minutes away by car - 4 very nice beaches are only 10 minutes away by car. We also met the owner - Rosa is a very nice person and it was mostly all to our satisfaction.
The villa was lovely. Welcome pack was a lovely touch. Everything you could possibly need was there when we arrived. Kettle, coffee machine, cot for my granddaughter, washing machine, airer, games, books. Felt like home!! Extremely clean, lovely en-suitesThe only negative was the road noise, but as we were out a lot of the time it didn’t matter. Would definitely recommend it truly is a lovely place to stay and the owners were very responsive to any questions. Thank you so very much
A beautiful discovery , the villa is very comfortable, very clean, with change of towels and sheets in the middle of the stay. A little hot upstairs but it was hot during our stay. Beautiful and very maintained garden.
Second year stay at Finca Morell Vall (2022 & 2023) and wonderful time had again. Great space for a group/large family (10 of us). Look forward to next year.
The location is remote, in the middle of nature. The large pool and the beautiful house invite you to relax. It is only a few minutes to Pollenca and Alcudia.

A great house in a very nice location. Few steps to the sea. Also the pool is great. Communication with the landlord was friendly and quick. It was answered promptly. We would come back out.
The pool & gardens are magnificent. The house is delightful, spacious, clean & very comfortable for four people. The owners were very responsive & helpful with the one minor problem we had & resolved it quickly. Highly recommended.

Comfortable, clean villa with nice surrounding gardens. Great location near Old Town Pollença, lovely pool and the welcome basket was a nice surprise on arrival! Its walkable to the town, but we had rented a car which helped a lot in the heat! Colin was very helpful when booking and easily contactable which was a great help.
Great setting for the holiday for a large group
Lovely pool - beautiful surroundings - plenty of room for the large family group. The setting for a wonderful holiday is perfect. Pollenca itself is cozy with the stairs (365 steps) up to the chapel.

Lovely property, well equipped and maintained. Further from Pollensa than website indicated but we walked in several times. Garden and pool beautiful, lots of inflatables for the children and adults!! Table tennis a great addition. Beware of mosquitoes in the evening and come prepared with repellent. A great week sorry to be leaving. Ps more than one tea towel please
